I brought my truck here to get a lift kit, tires, & rims on it about 5 months ago. The truck looks great, but no longer drives smooth. It trembles when I drive it (it's not the tires or alignment) and I've taken it to the shop about 6 times to get it fixed, but they haven't been able to figure it out. Ive also spent about $3,000 on top of what I originally payed for the modifications I wanted. Nice shop but wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Well of course it wasn't ready, nor was it ready Mon., Tues., but not EVEN READY BY 6PM Wed. As I was told by the owner. When I went to pick up my truck, it was still on the lift and rim paint job was sloppy. The truck hadn't been aligned at this point. This has been a nightmare of an experience. The worst shop I've ever had to deal with. Went in there to roll fenders and for spacers and left with scratched wheels and my lugs were all messed up and they refused to help me afterwards. I took my truck over and had 26" rims put on and a alarm system with a train horn put on my 2016 tundra. Osvaldo and Meg were great the truck was in the shop a little longer than I thought, but the end result was worth it. The truck drives great and the horn is loud as hell lol. Not too happy about the service here but at least they tried to help. I was scheduled to get there at 2pm and after I was on time they made me wait for 2 hours. After I left and called the person to cancel the job they said to go back that they were going to start working on my car right away. I went back and they had me waiting for another hour before my car went in. One of the employees even told me "why did you come back. I wanted to get home" which I told one of the managers and told me it would be handled but never heard from them again so I guess they don't take anything seriously there. After some time I wanted to raise my car since I had done coilovers with them and was told that anytime I wanted to raise it they would not charge me for it. Not true. They told me after I called a few months after, that it was $25 per wheel. read more

"CAUTION I WOULD NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE TO HAVE ANY WORK DONE" So I took my 95 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 to Miami best wheels to have them put on A 6" rough country suspension lift and to have the Power steering pump ,gearbox, bushing, and other front end work done with rims and tires. Paid $6000. It took them a month and a half to do the job on top of that the work was shit work. (I paid for 35 inch tires he gave me 33's did not say a word about swapping out the size of the tire on top of that he left my rear axle in the wrong spot. it was an inch and a half too far back and they put the power steering pulley on half way which cost me a new serpentine belt and the tool to fix it. he put on majority of the bushings on when they were dry rotted and my tie rod ends Inner and outer were bent on both sides of my truck). Told me to come out 3 different times telling me the truck is ready when it was not. On the final time that I picked up the truck he hit me with a $400 bill for something he said had to purchase that I don't know if he even had to purchase it. they killed my battery Which I had to buy a new one and then when I go to leave to go home I find out I have open headers because he never sent it to the shop to get it fixed like he said he would. Had to waste my time to take it out there to them to have it fixed the exhaust. now a year later I have to replace all the work that he did and then some. The owner Osvaldo is a swindler and Only wants your money. I would NOT recommend anyone to get any service done to their vehicles at the shop because they provide crappy work. read more

Horrible customer service, I made an appointment for my truck to have work done that was supposed to at max take a day and a half. They kept my vehicle for three days causing complete inconvenience, and the owner Osvaldo couldn't care less. All I heard we're lies upon more lies. Not only did they scratch my truck, they refuse to guarantee their work or remove the scratches because I left an honest review of my experience. The owner didn't like the fact that it was negative so he threatened me saying he won't guarantee the work or remove the damage he did to my truck and I'm not welcome at his business. I ordered some wheels that came in from Cali that are BMW specific forged wheels. Staff was professional and efficient at both store locations. I was skeptical after the fact because I was reading the reviews after I already made my purchase, and I was wondering if I would end up regretting getting the services done by them that was prepaid and me dreading sitting around all day and not have good quality work done. I was able to get a 9am appt and was out in about 2hrs, which is not bad at all. The place is clean and the displays are great. Fortunately enough I was the only one there for the most part until the people started to trickle in. Wheels were just what I expected, service was professional and My BMW 7-series is finally all murdered out #beasty. P.S. Sometime reading reviews can sway peoples decision in doing business, but I tend to look for a trend and pattern as it relates to complaints. One review however said that if there is a good review look at their friends list and if they only have one person its a co-worker giving the review...Well I'm no co-worker, just a customer who drove all the way from palm beach and was please and decided to dispelled the negative comments. TERRIBLE Company! Miami Best Wheels East Ruined a $15,000 lift kit I had them install. They also damaged my truck when installing lift! They may do fine with wheels, but DO NOT GO TO THEM for LIFT KIT INSTALLS!!! They kept raising the price when they were installing it, took way longer than they told me, and ultimately damaged the lift kit and parts of my truck! They tried to cover it up by changing they way the shocks were installed to block the damage. They really have no idea what they are doing. I asked several times before I brought it in if they could do the install and was told yes. Then, when they took way too long and made mistakes, I was told they had never done a lift this big and that was why there were issues. The damage they did cannot be fixed and is permanent! I made a HUGE mistake by going to them, do not make the same mistake!! read more

Made an appointment over the phone for 2 PM on a Saturday, I get here at 1:45 to make sure I can leave my car and sign in on time and I am told that the appointment was never made and that I would have to wait an hour and a half for them to start working on my car. It's now past 1.5 hours and the receptionist says there's nothing she can do, that she'll update me in another 30 minutes since there are still 3 cars before mine. It's fine if this place is busy but don't string along your customers and make them spend an entire day waiting when you clearly have no idea when the car is going to get worked on. Avoid this place unless you enjoy having to move your Saturday plans around and waiting outside in drizzling rain. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

What a total disappointment. I took my 2015 Q50 for new rims and lowering springs here. The sales floor looks decent, lots of wheels to look at, clean, nice logo, but it does feels a little cramped and there is no real waiting area. You'll typically find 1-3 reps there attending to customers in the front. If they are all tied up you could end up waiting a loooooong time before someone can assis so hopefully your patient. The interaction with my sales guy Javier was average at best. He was polite enough its just that he didn't seem to have much in terms of enthusiasm- ever-. It was almost like he was perpetually annoyed that he had to work there. Anyway, I was exited about getting the wheels and moved on the deal thinking that being a local shop they might have them in stock or nearby delivery. Unfortunately not. They needed to be ordered and was told 7-10 days. OK, I moved past that and decided to go with them anyway because they seemed competent for the install. I mean out front you will find custom trucks and other nice cars that gives the impression that these guys must know what they are doing. DEAD WRONG This is where things go from bad to disastrous. They called me up to tell me the car was ready and I told them I would be about 1 hour. When I pulled up my car was parked near the front of the store and was truly looking great, no complaints. I did find it odd that as I walked by my car out front that it was still running and questioned if they had left it running the whole hour before I came? They weren't sure, shrugged shoulders. He then tells me oh sorry there were some "rings" that we need that for some reason didn't make the original delivery and that I would need to come back in 1-2 days to install them. He said it was safe to drive temporarily and that I would only experience mild shaking at very high speeds. After 3 days of not hearing anything I had to call to inquire and was told the oh parts are ready and come on down for intsall. The follow up was another 1/2 day experience delayed etc. During the 3 days I had the car while I waited for the part I began noticing a new creaking noise when going over speed bumps that had never been there pre- install. I asked them to look into it and they visually inspected the car outside without ever putting it back on a lift and made a diagnosis that I needed an inexpensive part. They tried to order it only to find out that its not offered aftermarket and needed to be purchased at the dealer (Do they know what they are doing) The problem was that the dealer didn't just sell the piece alone, it was the whole top hat. Now I was looking at like $400 more possibly. I questioned how my q50 with only 30K would already have bad top hats and all I got was the same disappointing shoulder shrug. Ok, concerned and questioning their competence I took it to my trusted mechanic to diagnose and he tells I was missing some parts from the original springs. I got back armed with some knowledge and again they visually inspect it without lifting it and said they were able to validate what my mechanic had diagnosed (why couldn't they diagnosis?) . They told me go to the front to order the part. I went up front and waited for 20 min and nothing. Finally one of the guys saw my despair and quickly jotted my info down and said they would call for the part. I NEVER received a call. After utter disgust with their service I decided to go to my mechanic for the repair although it would be out of pocket. $600+ later the shocks are noise free and how they should have been done from the get go. I was also told that they found stripped screws, broken screws in addition to other issues that would have degraded the shocks over time. DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES YOU WILL REGRET IT. The shop was filthy. Techs smoking near open cars. On their phones. Massive wait times. The three times I was at their shop I would talk to customers complaining about the HOURS of wait time they were dealing with.. It just seems to be in disarray Oh and last thing to get my old wheels was a nightmare. After being told that it was too difficult to know where the wheels were because they move them to an offsite storage where they pile them up I would need to wait for them to call me when they are going to the storage so I can come and help find them. Again I never got a call and out of frustration finally just showed up one day to claim my wheels. Clearly frustrated, Nelson, had me follow him to the offsite warehouse to forcefully sift through hundreds of tires. After 10-15 minutes of us sifting around through mounds of tires we were incredibly lucky to have found the wheels in an accessible location. I really wanted to have a cool custom shop nearby but these guys we're a massive let down. RUN! read more

I don't know if its going to fit in the description but im in absolute disbelief with the service I got .... I go in to specifically get my car realigned and the supposed mechanic put my Caron the lift and says he can't do it because the car was hit on the side .. mind you my car does have a non painted fender and a different colored bumper but where he described where my car was hit I immediately knew he was lying and didn't know what he was talking about ... then he told me my lower control arms where bad with wasn't true because I rebuilt that car my self and he also told me my tie rods were leaking when tie rods don't contain any sort of fluid or lubrication of that matter ... so then he starts talking about prices and how long its going to take to fix my car without asking if I wanted to leave my car to get fixed so I knew immediately they thought I didn't know what I was doing and I looked like a young kid im actually 24 years old and he tried to make a sale off me so I said no thank you please take my car off the lift ... then the girl in the front then charges me $40 for some BS inspection and so I can pretty much be lied to ... as im walking out I see the mechanic reversing my car and then started revving it and smiled ... my car is small and very eye appealing but I felt absolutely disrespected and I don't recommend anyone every going to this place for any mechanic work I wouldn't be surprised if they do this on a daily basis to people who don't know about cars .... I honestly can't believe the amount of 1 star reviews im looking at ... theres actually more to this that im writing but this was just the worst part of it all the moral of the story the mechanics there no nothing about the cars and there fancy computers that they have that tell them what's wrong with the cars doesn't tell them anything except lies ... read more

This place was HORRIBLE. If we could give it zero stars we would. Took the truck in December for new rim installs and lighted emblems. They said it would all be ready by the end of the day, following arrival of the emblems that had to be ordered by them. We called 2 or 3 times throughout the day, to make sure both the rims and lights would be ready by the end of the day like they had said. Every time they said it not to worry, that it'll be ready. Finally, at night, we get a call that it's ready. We get there and they had no idea about the emblems. They were about to keep the old rims that had costed a lot of money and were in perfectly good condition to be resold until we asked for them and put them in the car ourselves. They said that the emblems couldn't be done because of some excuse that their installation employee wasn't there that day. Then the manager tries to tell us that they'll install them if we waited some more time. By then it was 9pm. When we said no the manager got upset because the emblems were custom made and he wouldn't have use for them. Horrible service. We heard from other people after the fact that this place is not good and sure enough they weren't lying. read more

They do not know how to do business. This is the WORST service I have ever had when paying more than $4000 for a job to be done. I dealt directly with Osvaldo, the owner of this business. At the beginning everything was great, he was helpful in trying to guide me in which rims/lift/tires I should choose. Once I had my mind made up I went and orders my lift kit, rims and tires. He said it would take 2 weeks to arrive, so I waited. The two weeks were almost up and I had not received any update whatsoever on my rims, again this is after I already paid $3400 in advance. I finally called and he lets me know that the rims where delayed, but they should arrive soon. [Any decent business man that has taken more than 50% of the payment for a service he has not done, will have the courtesy of giving an update call to the client, that is just standard customer service] The most basic customer service standards were not met when dealing with me. I received a call a few days later, letting me know my rims/lift kit/tires arrived and to take the car Friday at 9am to have everything installed. I move my whole day around, ask a few favors and head over there to drop off the truck. They tell me is going to take until the next day to complete the work so I leave. On Saturday, I called out from work and wait for the call that my truck is ready. Osvaldo calls me and tells me that it should be done by 3. I am there at 3 anxious to see my truck, and when I look in the shop, my truck was lifted but no tires or rims yet. Someone comes out and tells me "All ready, you can take it now" In my head I was confused, I though maybe he confused me with the owner of another car, he must have. I tell this guy "my truck is the blue RAM 1500", he goes "OH I know, here are the keys" Is already 4, I tell this guy "No, I am supposed to have 22" rims and Nitto tires, I am pretty sure you are not done" He goes "Let me talk to Osvaldo" He comes back saying that he has to look for the rims. An hour passes and they are still "looking for the rims" they keep telling me that they have them, they are in a storage, someone will bring them. When it hits 6pm I get a little upset, I ask Osvaldo what is going on and he says that the "shop" made a mistake and brought the wrong rims, and that no one was in the other shop to check and he did not have access to it. He tells me to take my truck lifted with the old rims and GET this "Wait until MONDAY" because he is not open on Sundays. I have no option, I take my truck and leave. On Monday is already 2pm and no update on the rims that I ALREADY PAID FOR. I call, he tells me that they are looking in a container, that they have not found them but they will. He then says "Don't worry, if we do not find them we do something with what I have in the store" EXCUSE ME?? I waited two and a half weeks because I am paying A LOT of money and want the rims I paid for. I get a call towards 6 pm and tells me he FINALLY found them. I am sooo happy, I leave early from work at 3pm the next day to get it done [in my head it was take it, put my new rims and tires and go] HA! I get there, they are putting my rims, and THEN!!! they cannot find MY TIRES!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I am pissed!!! He tells me that he will put temporary CHEAP tires, and to come back the next day that he will have my tires or he will go to MY JOB and do the job there in a parking lot and balance and align my tires there. NO NO NO, I tell him this is his mistake, to put the new tires on balance and align the truck and then he will have to do it again when the RIGHT tires are there. This took until 9 PM THEN, at 9 when I am tired and DONE with life, I attempt to drive my truck and it is tilted on one side. I checked my back tire on the passenger side and is a different tire than the other three!!! three 33 tires and one 35 tire. At this moment I am laughing trying to contain myself. I call this guy and I tell him, then he blames his people and tells me to bring them back the next day. THEN I hear a weird noise when driving, like something is lose inside the rims, but I was going to go back the next day anyways so I let it go. THE NEXT DAY! I go there, they take my truck, take rims off, and the noise was a LOSE LUG INSIDE THE COVER CAP!!! They forgot to tighten a lug, great! Well, they put my tires on!!! FINALLY!!! THEN!!! The alignment guy IS NOT THERE. Come back the next day they said. DO NOT go here, this has cost me a great deal of headaches, is not worth it, for the same price you can have other people, more responsible do it To top it off, he charge my snap $1100 instead of $1000 and did not inform me, which means he charged me $100 more than his quote, but at this point I will pay the extra $100 to avoid dealing with this guy. I took my '88 Dodge D150 to put rims on.i ended up needing Adaptors they didn't measure and do all 4 wheels only checked front 2 wheels. They asked what else I'm doing to the truck I told them I'm going to lower it. They told me they could do it. They couldn't do it. I told them this is NOT a bolt on job. All the parts I had ordered are parts that need to be modified to be put on my truck. I even sent them instructions from 3 different people who did it. 2 shops and one person who did it themselves. If you are even considering coming near any of their shops think again and read the reviews. Their customer service is the absolute fucking worst, basically nonexistent. Especially in the smaller shop. My truck took weeks to get done and I was constantly getting lied to by EVERYONE from Sales reps to even the Owner. I first went on a tuesday to the small shop to order everything, before i paid for my lift kit and tires they said they would be able to be installed on that same saturday which seemed good the install would normally take about 4-5 hours to which i agreed. As soon as i paid was when everything went to shit. I was told by Ariel and Sophia that they were going to let me know when the parts got to the shop and to confirm the install. I waited till friday and they hadn't even texted back, until i finally called and they told me none of the parts nor the tires had got there and they made me change the tires i had already ordered. They tried to over sell me some other ones i did not want. We finally agreed on some other tires and everything was supposed to get installed on the next friday. Next friday comes and i drop the truck off at 9am and was told it would done in around 7 hours at most. I waited until 5pm and they hadn't called at all, so when i decide show up to the shop turns out the suspension is missing some pieces! They had took the truck apart and they didn't want to put it back together so they made me wait for the other parts to come in which were another 5 days with the truck still at the shop leaving me with no car. All in all this was a nightmare from start to end. Stay away from this shithole. TRUST ME! read more
