I don't know how this place isn't rated higher. The food here is outstanding. The staff very friendly! Atmosphere...have to take a pass since we did drive thru. They have great daily specials here. I got the gyro wrap and fries. Loaded with meat and vegetable and an excellent tzatziki sauce! My wife go the chicken bowl. This totally put other chains to shame. I drove out of my way to come to this Miami Grill (huge mistake!). Not only did this extremely rude girl, ask me to pull around to wait in front of the door (5- 7 minutes). But, before giving her my credit card I specifically told her I wanted 2 BBQ sauces. I told her this BEFORE she ran my card because they have a sign that says they'll charge $.50 for any extra sauce. Finally (and this is the best part!), after waiting what feels like FOREVER for my "fast-food". She comes out and hands me my food. I ask, "are both my sauces in the bag?". She says, "no, I only put one because I will have to charge you for another one." I said (and I know she wasn't expecting this because she was even more annoyed by it), "okay, please charge me and give me the sauce I asked for." After she went to charge me AGAIN and had me wait some MORE. I told her, "instead of making it so difficult, It would've been nice if you would've listened when I asked for this instead of making me wait another few minutes for you to charge me AGAIN and bring what I had asked for". She said, "didn't you read the sign??" I said "yes! I did! Which is why I asked you before you charged me and you went ahead and disregarded my request". Ordered via Uber eats. We ordered the gyro platter with mozzarella sticks and onion rings, the cheesesteak, mac and cheese bites and cheesecake. It was all delicious. Arrived in the promised time. They included two cups of tzatziki sauce. Everything was wonderful. The cheesesteak was well seasoned and definitely something I would order again. Just... no. Coming up on my last day of quarantine and having a major craving for Fish and Chips, I decided to head to the closest drive thru option available to me... I know, drive through and fish and chips don't exactly go hand in hand but what's a girl to do? Look, I didn't expect anything close to the real deal. I knew my fantasies of crispy, flaky and buttery fried cod would NOT be met. Still I went hoping that the "fish and chips platter" would somehow hit the spot until I can fully venture out into the world again. I ordered the F&C w/ hush puppies and a side portion of Fried shrimp. What I got was the 4 saddest burnt flakes of crumbling batter on what I think were shrimp tails. Only two of the shrimp were actually edible the others literally would chip a tooth. I understand it's drive- thru but that really doesn't justify inedible food. The fish and chips platter itself was a total miss. Completely flavorless and honestly, I could only taste the burnt grease. The fries were so SO soggy (you don't have to chew them soggy) I ended up leaving almost all of it. What a great experience during this pandemic, I've never been attended by such professional staff, the food was great even though I don't usually order the Krispy type it still treated great, but that doesn't matter. The young man that attended us was an angel, anything we needed he will bring it to us, he also recommended us a couple meals since we had some friends that were coming for the feast. In total we spent around $55 but honest truth, worth every second with the service provided alone, anyway it is a safe clean spot to go eat with your family, I recommend it 1000000%. P.S. Man, Our night at Miami Grill was so terrible!! I got my son the fish and chips platter and I got myself the fried chicken platter. The prices were sooo high and the food was F tier. The chicken wings were not ok, and honestly, don't taste the same.. Then 2 minutes ago I saw my son only eating his fries and took one bite out of the fish.. I decided to try the fish to prove to him that they are not that bad, but I was soo disappointed!!!!! The fries were soggy and didn't taste how they did back in the day, the fish was so flavorless and not fried properly. Wanna know what I mean? I went to Florida for a spring break trip and I was super hungry late at night. I looked everywhere for a place that delivers and that opens late at night. Miami Grill was the only one open that has all the good late night snacks you can eat. It was so worth and the price was not bad at all. If I ever go to Miami I will hit this place up. However, if there were other places open I think I would choose that place as well. Overall not a bad place to eat and have a good time with family and friends. Came here for lunch one day as we had time to kill. The place is clean and the customer service was awesome. I'm not a big fan of the parking situation and how the drive thru was organized but I didn't personally experience that part. My food came out good. I enjoyed my gyro but I def had better. The sauce was good and can dip my fries in it. Our food was fresh, decent gyro, and they give you a lot. More than I would've paid for a gyro and some fries but they're not stingy. Usually gyros are served with soft baked pita chips so the fries was a shocker. I wish they offered sweet potato fries. We didn't wait long for our food. They have the new coke machine where you have many options to choose from so that was great. I usually stick to my black tea any ways, but I love that machine.
