My partner and I came here for dinner because he was crazy to eat bottomless appetizers. They have crazy deals This is my first time at this location. Like any bar, it has a sporty vibe. It wasn't too busy today, but they looked very understaffed. There were only 2 servers attending to the floor and there was a line at the entrance. It took about 5 minutes to get seated. We sat at the bar in a booth. For our first round of appetizers we ordered mozzarella sticks and chips with hatch queso (which was chilis and queso). They were pretty good. The cheese in the mozzarella sticks were super fresh. It had that satisfying cheese pull everyone loves. The chips and hatch cheese were pretty good. I didn't have much of it, but my partner did enjoy it. We ordered a pitcher of beer that came with 6 free wings. Our server recommend the dry rub for the lemon pepper and it was pretty good! For the second round of bottomless appetizers we got another basket of mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. My partner seemed to love the pickles, I'm not a fan so I can't really give my opinion on it. Aside from the food, our waitress was great. She was spot on with the lemon pepper dry rub. She moved us to a different booth when we asked because the ac vents above our table were leaking. All in all I gave this place four stars because of the wait time to be seated and the leaky ac vents. Got there and waited about 5 minutes to sit with 2 other parties in front of us. Pretty quick! We sat at a booth at the bar but had to move to a different booth because the AC vents above were dripping condensation from above and hitting our table in random spots. Didn't want any of that to hit our food. Our server was good to us. Making sure we were taken care of early on, we received our appetizers and drinks in a blink of an eye. Near the entrance the noise level was tremendous, but near the bar it was quieter and more tranquil. They have a Touch Tunes jukebox, where you can play songs you want with credits from their app, while you are in the restaurant. When we received our food they were hot to the touch. She gave us time to browse the menu, she kept our napkins stocked & she was knowledgeable of the menu. I have been to many Buffalo wild wings, mostly for convenience, but never been wowed. There is that memory of an establishment in Connecticut, where the boneless wing bounced off the plate and after completing three bounces was picked up by the server and put back onto the plate. And there was that time in Rhode Island where they mistakenly served a particularly hot sauce instead of the one I ordered. It actually wasn't that bad but imagine my surprise when I thought I was eating something sweet and instead, my mouth was on fire. But none of those mishaps occur at the buffalo wings by the Southland Mall in Cutler Bay. In fact, the wings are quite good and are quickly served by wonderfully attentive waitstaff. The restaurant is particularly clean and has plenty of screens with a good view to see whatever game you happen to be interested in. Not only were our beverage glasses kept filled, but our waitress was friendly and engaged in just the right amount of conversation. So no longer is Buffalo wild wings a convenience stop, it is now a destination. It is always nice to eat in a chain restaurant that exceeds the expectations and performance of the franchise. I feel like I was being punished. It was happy hour and I left decidedly unhappy. Should of known when I walked in and the place was empty. At happy hour. Crazy. Happy hour offered a pretzel knot special so we threw all caution to the wind and tried it. Meh. The garlic parmesan chicken wings were quite tasty but the wings were either from baby chicks or parakeets - smallest wings that I have ever seen or eaten! I returned to this location and the same cashier told me that they have two different suppliers -one supplies smaller wings than the other. They should drop the smaller wings supplier! We went here on July 4th because this is one of the only few places that were open. It definitely wasn't our first choice, with the dismal reviews, but the place must be under new management, or we were lucky enough to get the lone great worker there. Maybe he's the owner or manager. The guy greeted us at the entrance, led us to our table, took our order and brought our drinks and food. Some of the food took a while to come and he regularly came by to check on us and gave us updates. He was, in short, amazing and did the work of 2 or 3 people, and worth as many stars. On to the food. It was pretty good, we had the wings. Some of the sauces are spot on, but some we couldn't identify. I've been to plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings and unfortunately this is one of my least favorites. First of all I'll start by saying that our server definitely needs additional training. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us since we were 13 people. After waiting 10 min I had to call our server over so we can at least order our drinks. Finally when we were ready to order our food I had to call her over again. She gave us wet trays to share our appetizers and she messed up one of our orders. Management needs to be able to catch these things so they can give the appropriate training she desperately needs. Extremely Disappointing Experience We placed an online order ahead of time specifically to avoid waiting, but still ended up waiting an extra 35 minutes. When we finally got our food, the sauces we requested on the side were completely missing and not given. That meant the boneless wings were dry and flavorless, if I wanted plain tenders, I could've just gone to McDonald's. Every single side was incredibly salty, so much so that they were practically inedible. For the price we paid, this was a complete letdown. Best Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to in a while! We had a really good waitress, her name is Neeka and she was very friendly and sweet! She was always checking up on us and got us anything we needed. We ordered the Street Tacos as the appetizer, it comes with 3 small tacos that are pretty yummy! I would order them again. For my entree, I ordered the Guacamole Bacon Burger! To begin with it is not a pleasure to right bad reviews however, when one spends 167 dollars and doesn't get what is ask for it becomes a problem. We ordered FOR PICK UP on February 20. We ordered two sets of the 20 traditional wings, (sauces were Asian zing, jerk, buffalo) two sets of French fries, onion rings, pretzels and 5 brownies, plus 2 orders of celery and carrots This order was placed at 5:10 pm. The order was to be ready at 6:10pm. When my husband arrived he was made to wait 45 minutes because the "French fries" were not ready.. then he was told that there were no brownies, but they would give him five chocolate chip cookies instead, but never refunded the dollar difference for each brownie. By the time he got home when I went to serve all of us the eight pieces of chicken for each one of us ( which we were 5) we were missing two chicken wings. The french fries tasted like they were cooked the day before, and we only live seven minutes away from this Buffalo wild wings. More than 20 pieces of chicken were covered in teriyaki sauce, which we did not ask for nor do we like. I was charged for the sauces that I did ask for however, the chicken was not covered in the sauces like they should have been. As you will see from the receipt below it was $167 with a 20% tip. When I called to complain, I was told that the general manager will contact me soon. It has been nine days. Nobody has contacted me. Nobody has refunded at least the difference for the brownies and needless to say our dinner meal was ruined because instead of having eight pieces of chicken wing each for five of us one of us got six pieces of chicken wings and a whole lot of teriyaki chicken wings that we did not ask for, nor do we like. I cannot recommend this place anymore. I am extremely dissatisfied and I'm still waiting for them to make my refund whole. This was terrible. Not to mention that the French fries had to be thrown out because not even putting them in the air fryer would crispy those things up, they tasted old. He had such a great positive energy, and so friendly it made our dinner and experience so much better! Such a cool guy. We got our food really quickly- the wings were pretty good it could be better but it was good. The celery sticks unfortunately I think were going bad a little because they were really soggy and tasted horrible - I didn't eat them. The fried pickles were okay as well- they were mostly that breaded coat and barely any pickles. And the chicken wings were okay as well - could definitely be better. I had an impromptu late lunch at the Southland Mall Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesday with my Mother. Upon arrival there was no one at the hosts station to greet us or show us to our table and the restaurant was practically empty. When we were finally seated, Allison was our server. Allison was nice and courteous, though very forgetful. We ordered a water and a Dr. Pepper for drinks and decided to share the BOGO deal they have on Tuesdays for traditional chicken wings (buy 6, get 6 free for a total of 12 wings). The wings came out pretty quickly and piping hot but tasted pretty good, even tho they were saltier than I like them to be. Allison forgot to bring us trays so we ate on napkins until she finally noticed and brought out the trays and extra napkins. For entrees my Mom ordered the Philly wrap and I ordered the avocado bacon burger. The burger was covered in grease and tasted like nothing. The fries were overly salted. I also didn't see in the menu description for my burger that there were 2 patties included with the burger. When I received the check there was a "burger modification" that included an extra patty. I never asked for it but it also didn't appear to be charged so I figured it was a free modification and didn't complain but I don't think it made me enjoy the food more either. Everything was dripping in grease and overly salted. Later that afternoon I was feeling extremely sick with nausea and bubble guts. I called my Mom and she hadn't been feeling well either, tho she did say she enjoyed her Philly wrap. The next morning, I received a Fraud Alert from my bank that my credit card was used at a Chevron gas station at 7:30 AM. This Buffalo Wild Wings was the last place I ate and the last place I used my credit card. I don't think it's a coincidence that I got sick from the food or that my credit card information was swiped. Definitely will not be returning or recommending this BWW location to anyone. read more

The burger had great flavor, but they left too much grease on it and it ran down both hands with each bite other than that it was the best flavored burger I've had in ages. Well done cooks! The Bad - The filth and overwhelming dirty smell. Trash under tables and sticky everything as others have said. I've traveled across the country time and again over the past 25 years and always find the local BWW's so I've seen some amazing ones...but this is by far the dirtiest one I've ever been in. By the time the game started there was 8 or 9 other tables was there for the soccer; so management turned the game off and put on a college basketball game for one guy at the guy at the bar. Things I liked about this particular BWW: 1) Closest large chain sports bar to my home..convenient location for anyone in Cutler Bay 2) Plenty of TV screens showing multiple sports 3) The wings of which we ordered 6 varieties, were all consistently delicious, and on Tuesday were only .60 ea. for bone-in. Also, the fried pickles with ranch dipping sauce were "addictive" 4) Service: we were served by "shift leader" John Jenkins...he was very personable, and took excellent care of my daughters' drink needs! 5) Tuesday night Trivia Nation; this contest is MC'd by the lovely and capable Stephanie. She conducts the contest fairly and competently, and with Spotify on her laptop, she can play virtually any song you request! Prizes are for BWW gift certs for 1st through 3rd place. Things I didn't like: 1) The smell....like some other SoFlo restaurants, it seems like the carpet or grease traps in the kitchen need cleaning, because it hits you as soon as you walk in. 2) ...not judging here, but some of the clientele were a little rough around the edges....outside of a tattoo parlor, rarely have I seen so much ink in one place.... 3) The acoustics with the concrete floor and large cavernous layout make it difficult to converse, or listen to Stephanie asking trivia questions even though she has a P.A.
