This is for the Kendall Location. Nice cool Saturday night (a rarity in South Florida), the place was packed and with a 20 minute wait we sat at the bar to wait for our table. Had a pretty good Texas Margarita for $6. The drinks here are very reasonably priced. We were sat in the crowded dining room 20 minutes later in a comfortable booth. Chicken firecracker wraps for starters were really good and the dipping sauce was delish. I chose the 12oz ribeye which looked sooo good but tasted, uh, meh. They had run out of most sides like baked potato, brussel sprouts, etc, but they did have yummy asparagus so I went with that. Side garden salad was very large and very good. Hubby chose the churrasco which looked really small but tasted great. Oh, and my martini for $10 bucks was perfection. Server was a serious but competent individual. No smile creased that face. But he was on top of things

I love long horn food in general. They have a great selection on the lunch for a good price too. I ordered a burger with an onion soup. And aside from that my favorite combo is the chicken bites that's one of the appetizers and the side Caesar salad. I was disappointed at the fact that I only have a 30 Min lunch break. I ordered In advance to make sure to just grab and go pretty much. I called saying I'm in a rush.. and I waited outside then had to go inside and the lady was there attending a table my food was in the kitchen ready to pack.. when I tell her I was in a rush.. she tells me the bread is baking... I wasn't going to wait for it. I had to clock back in. Idk if I would be order for lunch during my break so I won't get fired. If the order was ready as planned accordingly... it was supposed to be done 1:09 and I was there at 1:15 ... just saying..

Went on a Friday night and this place was packed! Although it was very full, service was very quick. The appetizers were this taquito things that were delicious! I ordered a renegade sirloin for my meal, it was good. However, I ordered it medium well and they gave me a medium cook. The bathrooms were not very clean unfortunately. I had to go there a few times to feed my baby. Overall, good experience with a few tweaks needed.

Amazing service from Melissa. Food came out PERFECT! Melissa was very attentive and took great care of us. Love coming to this location it's always amazing

My daughter had a completely unacceptable dining experience at this restaurant today. My daughter and her friend visited for dinner, and she specifically ordered her steak medium-well, both because of her sensitive stomach and because that is the way she prefers her steak cooked. When the steak arrived, it was rare and bloody. She politely asked the server for a replacement and even said to cook it well-done to prevent the same issue from happening again. When the steak was returned, it was the exact same steak, still bloody and undercooked. By that time, her fries were stale and cold, and they were not replaced. I immediately called the restaurant myself to address the issue while my daughter was still there. I was placed on hold and it took about 10 minutes for the manager to answer the phone, during which my daughter was left waiting. When I spoke with Marissa (the manager), she was rude and sarcastic, stating she needed to figure out what happened with the kitchen and server before taking action, and she gave no timeline for resolving the issue. This left my daughter frustrated, hungry, and sitting at the table with no resolution. Additionally, I would like to mention that the staff refused her original six-ounce steak order, claiming only eight-ounce steaks were available, something I have never seen at LongHorn before. Meanwhile, her friend waited for a resolution out of courtesy and his steak became cold and extremely hard, making it nearly inedible. He couldn't even cut through it with a knife. When my daughter herself asked for the manager she was also very rude, sarcastic and dismissive. My daughter asked the manager, Marissa, why the fries were not replaced, she was told the restaurant was "out of fries," which is both unlikely and inappropriate. They still managed to charge them for one of the meals and were not apologetic whatsoever. The entire experience was mishandled, my daughter and her friend were left with undercooked food, stale sides, and unprofessional, dismissive service. This level of service is completely unacceptable, particularly toward young adults, and also puts customers at risk with undercooked food.

Bread is yummy. Got the small filet medium with broccoli. Broccoli was nice and soft and the filet was cooked perfectly. The dessert that is like a lava cake with ice cream is also good.

Meh. I hardly ever eat at Longhorn. I don't like getting. This kind of food to go but alas, that is what happened. We both ordered the same thing. Well, we shared a T'onion. I only tasted this because I wanted to be kind to my stomach. We each ordered a Caesar side salad and I guess the people.making the salads forgot the croutons! Not good. Just lettuce and dressing. Boring. My filet was cooked more on one half. It was odd. The steak was ok, well the one that was cooked properly. The fries were very good. No ketchup included. We had some one hand. All in all.tbis meal was meh. Neither of us were thrilled with this meal but it probably would have been better if we dined in. I know some people who love this restaurant but it has only wowed me once over the years.

Dinner with my wife (a gift from colleagues). I had not been here in Quite some time after being a regular for years. No wait for our table. The star is for our server, Kelly, the fact my wife said her food was "good," (which she walked back and qualified later) and my wine. The rest, frankly, was NOT the Longhorn I recall. This was no bueno. Wife's chopped steak and salad were average. Margarita was good. As for mine. Salad had many browned lettuce leaves (unappetizing) and even a slimy one. Hard pass. Ordered the ribeye, medium rare (my usual order in the past). SHOCKED to hear that horseradish is no longer available (at a steakhouse?). wow The menu pictures what I remember; a steak over an inch thick. This was roughly 1/2 inch thick (I've seen palomilla steaks and even corrugated cardboard thicker than this). Flavor was good due to all the seasoned juice on the plate, but overall unappealing and a disappointment. Had about half of the baked potato (needs way more butter and more care with toppings - bacon pieces that were rock hard and woody pieces of green onion that were equally unpalatable) and about 1/3 of the steak before calling it a night. My wine was excellent, though, as was Kelly's demeanor and service. But Longhorn didn't make my wine (based on my ribeye, I'm thankful). That said, definitely a disappointment. Too many steak houses to choose from (was at Flemings last week) to have a "ribeye" like this, especially for the price (approximately $28). NO manager ever came by the table, no check in (I would have spoken with them and tried to resolve). We simply opted to skip desert and get the bill. I cannot understand the lack of oversight and customer service by management this evening. Sad. By the way, the tables surrounding us got "touched" by the manager, so ZERO excuses. Thank you Kelly for your hospitality. Management - as a long time patron who was hoping to re-establish this as a go-to steakhouse for us, I am DEFINITELY disappointed by the quality of entrees and managerial support tonight. Y'all left Kelly hanging, dealing with sub-par dinners with no communication whatsoever from a manager. Not what we recall at all. Perhaps things will be different if I decide to return. Kelly - you were great. Manager - all I can comment is that your absence said it all. #wow

    Flo's Filet with mashed potatoes

I came to eat with my daughter at Longhorn Steakhouse in West Kendall. I ordered Flo's Filet which was very tender and flavorful. I accompanied my meat with a house salad and mashed potatoes. For dessert we got a Lava Cake. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. I've been coming to this restaurant for years and in my opinion, it has been serving great food for a long time. Finally, the restaurant is very classically decorated and it always looks clean. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves good steaks and great service.

Currently here now. Server was okay but she was not attentive. Took our order apps came out in a decent time. Ordered entrees and the waiting game began. Had 3 kids with me and their food took a very long time. Came out and was cold. Me and my sister food came out and was missing fries and rice. Our food was cold and chicken was dry. Asked for more parm crusted on the side and they parm crusted the plate. Ridiculous and embarrassing. Will not be coming back to this location. Guess they got nervous when they saw a party of about 50 walk in. S

When it comes to my diet, I only eat vegetables, and the animals that eat those vegetables. That's where I draw the line. And when it comes down to meat, and by meat I am talking about a big, fat, juicy steak, there are not many places better than LongHorn Steakhouse. When I see that Porterhouse steak, my eyes tell me "you can't eat all that" while my stomach says "Gimme more". If you haven't noticed, I didn't take a photo of my steak, because as soon as it got to my table, I was like "Yelp who?" That's probably why I don't go there frequently or I'd be too big to fit through the door. So the steak are good and I always order a side of sautéed mushrooms and pour it on top. The last couple of times, they have struggled to get the temperature right, sometimes it is too cooked, sometimes it is too raw, but when the caveman inside me takes over, it really doesn't matter I must also say the bread is amazing, and if you don't care for red meat, they also have a great Chicken Ceasar, but I would stick with what they do best: steaks.

On our first visit, we ordered the breakfast sandwich, the Banana Walnut Pancake, and two iced lattes (one with 2% milk and one with oat milk). Everything was outstanding. The breakfast sandwich was packed with flavor, the latte was perfectly balanced, and the Banana Walnut Pancake was on another level. The combination of caramelized banana, toasted walnuts, and their smoked maple syrup was absolutely RIDICULOUS. We loved it so much that we came back just two days later. This time, we shared the breakfast sandwich because we needed to save room for more pancakes. We ordered the Lemon Curd & Blueberry Pancake and the Brunch Still Hungover Pancake (their espresso-inspired pancake), and somehow they were even better than we expected. The Lemon Curd & Blueberry was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced, while the Brunch Still Hungover was one of the most unique pancakes I've ever had rich coffee flavor without being overly sweet. That's the magic there for me, you might look at these pancakes and assume it's "too much" or might be overwhelming but the flavors are so perfectly balanced, it's a darn masterpiece. What really made the experience special, though, was the owner. He took the time to chat with us, explain the inspiration behind some of the menu items. You can tell this isn't just a restaurant to him, it's something he's genuinely passionate about. That passion comes through in every plate that leaves the kitchen. The staff was warm, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. In a city where brunch spots come and go, Jealous Fork feels like the kind of place that earns regulars. At this point, our goal is simple: keep coming back until we've tried the entire menu. As I'm writing this in deciding to go back to try the burgers..BRB

I was struck how it was not just Ramen, but a variety of different cuisines on one menu. I really wanted to try them all, but stuck with Ramen as that is what I was looking for on that particular evening. It did not disappoint. People have described it as the best Ramen in the area and I will not argue that point. I will, however, say that the portion was on a small side and I was still hungry afterwards. This is the only reason for the missing star. The flavor was excellent. The protein and added dumplings were all perfect. The broth was delicious. The servive was outstanding. The ambience was comfortable and truly enjoyable to have a nice conversation with my dining companion. I found the menu a bit overwhelming, but I will go back to try some of the other things as I looked around the table and people are eating a variety of different foods and by foods I mean food types as the offerings are so diverse. Prices are a bit on the high side, but my first impression is that the value is there to command those prices because the food is superb. Potentially a five star restaurant...stay tuned.
