They are non responsive to emails, and hide information to get in contact or filing a compliant. something is always broken in the club houses and in some instances broken for over a year with no resolution in sight.. property manger and board do not care about the residents and hoa prices have been rising steadily without a single improvement occurring. read more

I've rented out apartments and condos for many years that had an HOA board that I have to go through. Unfortunately, they did take a bit longer than I have experienced before but besides that everyone I was in contact with was absolutely amazing. I needed immediate service and I called the assistant to our HOA manager. I explained what I needed done and it was done same day which was remarkable. In the past the property manager doesn't return emails until days later or phone calls but now that I know who to contact I feel a bit better about it. The assistant manager was a pleasure to deal with. Hope they improve in their friendliness towards the people who pay their salaries. read more

Mediocre at Best - This a company that strives to provide a mediocre service. They don't do their job. They take weeks and months to respond to requests. It even seems that one annoys them when they are asked to do their job. They send notifications at the last minute, if they send them at all. They speak in a derogatory manner to people. This management company deserves not even 1 star. Their company's mission must be to do as little as possible to help homeowners. The only time they make an effort to help you is if they want to threaten you with a fine. I am having an issue with water damage and mold to my property and the person assigned to my community is trying to pass the buck and blame it on my air conditioning company. I sent a video of water dripping from the concrete slab in the ceiling yet Maria keeps saying it is from my AC unit. This is the worst experience ever. read more

Unbelievably rude when calling to deal with coming to our condo, all of the sudden after 30 years we need parking permits, and I was told "I should have called to tell them I was coming" to the condo we own! The property managers attitude is a disgrace. I was trying to speak to the property manager about parking and the pool and she was rolling her eyes at me. They manage Aquabella by Lennar and my experience has been terrible. I've been very patient with them, Paola is impossible ... unprofessional ... simply terrible to deal with. If I would have known the management company would be this impossible to deal with, I wouldn't have invested here. Lennar sells you the dream and they impose "guidelines" that are not even imposed on the model homes.... FALSE advertisement. Claim to be making "board decisions" when all is managed for this location by this representative. If I would have known, I would have purchased somewhere else. read more

My front gate decal stopped working. I made several calls and left voice mail for property manager and no call back. After 3 days I kept calling till someone answered and her name was Carmen. She was courteous but she said is property manager's (Helina) decision that I have to drive all the way to their office with $25 and Driver license and registration to get a replacement for the defective non working decal. Who is working for who? The property manager runs her business from office via email and virtual meetings and I have to drive around town and pay again for their defective decal. They already have my file and we are paying for gate service. So why they don't send the replacement to me or to the guard house. It is not my fault the decal they gave me is not working. I was told by some neighbors that they did pick up replacement from the guard house so they have to continue providing service and facilitate to the community. read more

They are always polite, efficient, friendly yet professional. On the update of the front desk staff - we have a few people who are great at what they're doing and I heard that the company doesn't provide any benefits, including PTO's to these employees. Barinia was very patient and understanding when I called regarding the associations regulations for company vehicles and signs. She was very understanding even though I was not a very easy customer to deal with. All of my questions were answered. Most people would not have been as patient under the circumstances. I was searching for my community manager telephone number and got the yelp reviews in my search. I read them all and I have determined the following. 1. The complainers did something wrong in their community and the manager had to enforce rules on you. You refer to them as "useless complaints". 2. Your manager is restricted from taking action by financial constraints or by the board running the community. You think the manager does not care. They have been running my community for years. We've had three different managers and they have all been good. My community also has a good board and we pay enough in association fees that the community is always kept up, lawns cut, new mailboxes installed - what ever we need. So those of you that complain, look at yourself and look at your neighborhood before you decide its the manager. They can only do what they are allowed to do. read more

this review is regarding one of their property managers ESRA MARTINEZ that tried to intimidate me as well as YELL AT ME and get very HOSTILE in his office for no reason what so ever!! (intimidation tactics used by shady run business's use to keep you from doing something that they don't like) He also tried to fine me for water falling from my balcony after it had rained!!! (yes they actually tried to fine me $100 for something that is inevitable, and not my fault, since the building is not designed with rain gutters or any way to deal with rain) the way they designed the building NEO VERTIKA, has no rain gutters or places for the water to go beside sitting on my balcony or in the slats between balconies, causing possible health and safety hazards (possible bacteria and even insects growing in it, also the having the possibility of slipping and falling if the water isn't swept off or pushed in to the sides) , we the home owners are just supposed to make the water disappear or deal with its possible hazards. this company is crap and everyone working for the is as well, i even contacted his superior and have yet to hear anything back about it. Very disappointed to see that this is how business is done in 2019. read more

Property MIS-management at its finest. --- BOTCHED paper work, total LACK OF FOLLOW-UP and communication, UNPROFESSIONAL attitude, constant DELAYS and passing off of responsibility... just a few of the great characteristics Miami Management brings to the table --- I was unable to move into my building for 2 weeks, did not have access to parking for 3 weeks, had to re-submit paper work no less than 2 times for each form (some forms up to 4 times) before they were processed correctly. The multiple unexplained delay have cost me HUNDREDS of dollars in storage fee's, parking fee's , and hour upon hours of lost time during my business day. All attempts to communicate with them via phone or email were ignored. I was told I would be called back before the end of the day at least 7 times and have not ONCE ever received a return phone call. They have lied and said they never received emails which I have gotten read/receipt notices for. When I do go into the office to handle issues in person I am given terrible attitude and treated like a burden and a nuisance. I honestly would refuse to live in another building managed by Miami Management, simply based on them being the property managers. Stay far away from any buildings using Miami Management. read more

Terrible Service, We got a brand new home and landscaping went down in a few months(4 months) and it's been so since then...I tried calling them and it takes forever. They just raised their monthly fee and service has gotten worse. They are also ripping us off for a $3.00 fee service for online payment(bank account) or $4.00 fee for using a debit/credit card. I had to take care of my own landscaping which is not my obligation to do it. Next time you buy a property make sure is not managed by miami management. Gates, lights and some other stuff take days, sometimes 10-15 days to get it fixed, considering this a new complex(less than 2 years old) I don't want to imagine the situation when building gets much older.. read more
