solid coffee shop in ft lauderdale. cool space, friendly service, the doors open up and there are plenty of seats inside and out. coffee (espresso) was done well. nice tasting roast. the empanadas are ok, the sandwiches are decent (but the food items are pretty small). read more

A friend told me about coffee club where they go to different shops each month. This month was imperial moto which is somewhat hidden behind the bank and the gym. I had no idea it was there! We had the opportunity to try various blends and pastries. The staff was knowledgeable about all types of brews and blends. My favorite blend was the Miami. They make the pastries fresh daily! I loved the lemon bar which was served cool. Refreshing on a hot day. On the way out, I grabbed a vanilla latte with pistachio milk which was made with their normal house blend. So good!! I got it hot which made the pistachio milk come to life! Can't wait to try their other specialty drinks! My friend had the matcha and it looked amazing! read more

Great time at the grand opening celebration. Glad we were early and got a nice sampling of several offerings. The location is super convenient and it has a cool and very original vibe. Service was good and we didn't wait long for our food and drinks after ordering, despite being busy and brand new. This is my first time visiting. Please feel free to leave a reaction if this review helps you in anyway! The location is perfect right on the corner of Federal in Oakland Park. The barista/servers were kind and greeted me upon entry. I ordered a chicken empanada. I'd heard that their beef empanada was really good but they were out around the time I came which was about 1:30 PM. I ordered an iced latte with white chocolate, caramel, and pistachio milk. It is absolutely delicious. Especially paired with the chicken empanada. The only thing I did not like was that they have eggs in the empanada so please be aware of that. This was perfect for my afternoon stop. They also recommended a hot cappuccino with pistachio milk which I want to return and try. They have a nice outdoor/ indoor seating. The moto theme makes the cafés environment unique. It has a dim and industrial vibe to it. There's a garage door on the side that allows for a natural breeze to enter the coffee shop. They have a diverse yet sufficient menu with food items appropriate for breakfast and lunch. It's also the perfect place to come and study, take a morning/afternoon meeting, or to just relax and enjoy your coffee. I will definitely be returning. It has a nice vibe and kind staff. We need more places like this in the Fort Lauderdale area, I love it. read more

Always been a bit jealous that Miami had such a great Motorcycle spot but no location here in Fort Lauderdale. Well no reason to be jealous now because the new Oakland Park Imperial Moto Cafe is excellent - all you could ask for in a destination cafe. Great coffee, comfortable seating, good looking sandwiches, empanadas, bowls, toasts and pastries. They even had live music for the grand opening which was, today!! This new location is bright and sleek! Like their Little Haiti location, this spot is great for working either alone or with a partner. There's outlets scattered throughout. There's associated parking, but there is a time limit from I saw. DRINKS I love their espresso orange juice concoction and keep going back for it! read more

This place is located at the bottom of some residential buildings. Parking may be a challenge for cars, not for motorcycles. Inside is very similar to there older location in Miami but the coffee is still the same outstanding flavor. I came early around 8am so it was empty. Employees were friendly and the place was clean with soft music playing in the back ground. I had the Chicken and Mushroom empanadas with a cappuccino. Wow that mushroom is fire! read more

Very fun spot! I went there to draw and relax on a Saturday morning (which I did), but it got packed QUICKLY. Turns out there was a women's motorcycle ride scheduled, so they came early to drink coffee and hang out. Then they all left together. The vibes were fun! read more

Cool coffee shop close to my wife's business. Have walked over several times to grab a chai latte and a coffee for my wife. Friendly and attentive staff. Drinks are well crafted, and not generic. On one occasion got back to our studio before I tried my chai and something was off. Couldn't go back right away, but when I stopped by 45 minutes later with my full cup, they were happy to remake the drink and make sure I was happy with the second version. Good for grabbing a cup to go or hanging out for a quick catch-up with friends, family or clients. read more
