If you call your always placed on hold you can never figure out what they say before your placed on hold cause most times their busy inside and are frustrated by picking up the phone period. Then when u get a guy on the phone they rush you and their patients is thin. Today i called and waited for 10 mins before i was helped, i didn't even know if i called the right place cause the person whom answered the phone wasn't clear at all. When i did speak to a person there whom name was Neil, i gave him the info he needed, he asked me a question but i didn't know if he was speaking to me or a customer inside i hesitated to reply and then it happened, Neil decided to scream. I asked him why he was screaming and he replied because i didn't answer him.. I have never been screamed at by any customer service in my life. when i asked for a manager he said call back in the morning. i asked for a name he said ask for kenneth. i tried calling back not believing their wasnt a manage on duty when i called and asked the managers name was Neil.. Go figure same guy that screamed at me. with this said i went to auto zone and bought the parts i needed. Great ROI Neil!!!

This is more than 50% markup on what they charge other vendors and repair facilities for staples like filters, oil, parts etc. You will find better prices by traveling locally to Autozone or Advanced Auto of consumer and self repair needs. Oreillys appears more competing with NAPA and aligned most with repair facilities directly. Employees at this location are fine and helpful but you need to initiate the contact first. Several times walked thru and left without a single comment or "may I help you" .

I asked a couple of sales associates about what mats would fit my car. I don[t know of I have a custom size, but the ones from my old car doesn't fit. None of the people I asked knew, they just pointed me to the general area where mats were. When I told the last person I spoke to that I would just go to Lexus and get theirs, he told me "Man, they're gonna charge up the nose" but still was not able to help me. So off I went to Lexus to get the mats. I did see some of the same people I spoke to go on and on about batteries, and more complicated stuff than mats and they sounded like they knew what they were talking about, I guess my questions was too dumb for them. The office tells you where the particular vehicles are that match the part you need. They give you a section # and Row # of where to find the vehicles to retrieve your part. Bring your tools and go and pull the part yourself. The bonus is that you also get all the screws, bolts, nuts, clips and other hardware as you remove the part. Invaluable to a mechanic. Also the yard is clean with gravel and no oil or antifreeze. That's another bonus. To this end, their prices are very reasonable. DOUG, Well done!!
