This is more than 50% markup on what they charge other vendors and repair facilities for staples like filters, oil, parts etc. You will find better prices by traveling locally to Autozone or Advanced Auto of consumer and self repair needs. Oreillys appears more competing with NAPA and aligned most with repair facilities directly. Employees at this location are fine and helpful but you need to initiate the contact first. Several times walked thru and left without a single comment or "may I help you" .

However, two…read moreweeks passed without any shipment.  The only time I received an update was when I threatened to cancel the order, at which point he assured me it was about to ship.  Communication was virtually nonexistent otherwise.  Eventually I ordered another module from a different supplier and got the part in two days.  It took another week and three emails to secure a refund, however he kept 25% ($140) as a cancellation fee.  That in itself is ridiculous but at this point I'm just glad to be done with this situation.   In hindsight I should have listened to the warnings from others on Yelp and the BBB, where he holds an 'F' rating.  Learn from my experience and steer clear of him.  There are other sellers out there who still value customer service; you just need to find them.

I asked a couple of sales associates about what mats would fit my car. I don[t know of I have a custom size, but the ones from my old car doesn't fit. None of the people I asked knew, they just pointed me to the general area where mats were. When I told the last person I spoke to that I would just go to Lexus and get theirs, he told me "Man, they're gonna charge up the nose" but still was not able to help me. So off I went to Lexus to get the mats. I did see some of the same people I spoke to go on and on about batteries, and more complicated stuff than mats and they sounded like they knew what they were talking about, I guess my questions was too dumb for them. But if you want to know about batteries, this is your place!
