Wow. I made my reservation through a travel agency, so I never saw the reviews here before I got to…read morethe ship. I will admit, I would have paused quite a bit if I had read the reviews first! However, I did not regret my trip at all. We had the 9am, 4-hour fishing trip on a Monday. Now, if you are expecting a white-glove service with individual attention from crew members and your own personal fishing chair so you can fish off the rear of the boat and have someone else dive under the boat and hook a giant fish on your line so you can have a great picture with you and a huge fish, this is not the trip for you! However, I'm guessing that trip will cost quite a bit more than this one. On the other hand, if you want to get out in the open air and get some fishing in with 30 of your newest friends and perhaps get some fish guts on your shoes, this might be the trip for you. Yes, there were 33 of us fishing on this boat and 3 crew. So you don't get individual attention, but for our trip, they did their best to get to everyone as quickly as they could. The captain moved the ship a number of times to try and find some fish. I think we caught about 6 or 7 fish total, but it wasn't due to lack of trying. This was a nice trip and a good value, I think, but it IS a fishing boat and not a deluxe high-dollar white glove yacht!

Giving a review for Tuesday July 29th for the 1:45 trip…read more.. Website is EXTREMELY inaccurate... the boat looks nothing like the photo, if that's why you chose... you will be HIGHLY disappointed. They sell you "ALL DAY live bait" that they only use for about 30 mins then it's all dead and cut bait... SCAM The crew is pretty rude... they seem to cater to the Hispanic/Latino population and ignore the white or Americans... We paid right at $400 for a family of 4... NONE of us caught anything... wasted money... got ripped off for "live bait" some boats go out of their way to make sure you get your moneys worth... not this one... they just put it in their pocket. Pay a little more money and go on a better boat for fishing... you get what you pay for.

Knowing that I very rarely get to Florida, and that I only had a half day to fish, I was very picky…read moreas to what I wanted to go for, and with whom. After probably too much decision making, I chose a guide, only to have him cancel on me a day later (family emergency). He was kind enough to put me in touch with Captain Mo, and I cant imagine having a better guide. My wife and I made the drive down from Lauderdale, with the plan to sight fish for bonefish and permit- something I'd never done before. We've fished all over North America, but I've never had more difficulty than I did with bones. Guess my eyesight was terrible that day, and my casting wasn't great either. Didn't get a thing, and when I asked what else we could target, Mo suggested barracuda. Caught more than our share of them, mixed in with a shark or two. We only had four hours, but it was outstanding. Couldn't blame Mo for me not being able to hit the fish he put us on! Mo is a knowledgeable guide, and more importantly, a great guy. He made the day very enjoyable, and I'll definitely give him a call when we are back in town!

My day of fishing with him was a lot of fun. He is friendly, easy going, and offers good guidance and advice as needed. I see him being patient and helpful with all of his clients, no matter what their level of experience is. He worked hard for me and helped me achieve my fishing goals.

Mark and his crew offered a great day out fishing honestly couldn't have picked a better charter…read moreespecially on short notice. Mark was very efficient in communication in booking the charter and even asked me what kind of experience I was hoping for and to be honest I didn't know what I wanted but he offered great insight of different activities throughout the day from trawling to bait fishing to even taking a moment in the day to do a nice swim and snorkel to keep things interesting. Caught a couple snappers to a small little shark we released afterwards. As for the rest of my relatives who some haven't ever fished a day in their life Mark, Tyler and Crockett took the time to teach them to fish and genuinely gave us the vibe and atmosphere where it's just a bunch of friends out on the water instead of the feeling of " we paid for a fishing charter" He was super understanding of military pay and didn't once try to overcharge us he kept it simple and flat. Now for the tips to ensure a great trip definitely bring snacks and drinks for the day he has a huge cooler full of ice for drinks and food. Bring shoes instead of crocs/sandals if you are expecting to go for a big one like a shark or a barracuda. He is super flexible on what YOU want from the trip which was a huge plus. Bring a towel or a nice picnic blanket if you choose to relax on the bow of the boat or suntan and don't be afraid to ask where you can and can't go on the boat. Tyler and Crockett are super helpful in case you need help or want to learn about any techniques or what the goal of the current fishing set up is.
