Very disappointing service…read more I went to BWW last night with a friend and arrived about 15 minutes before he did. I sat at the bar and waited, but no one acknowledged or offered me any service. It wasn't until my friend arrived that a busser finally came over to us. When we were ready to order drinks and food, we literally had to ask the bartender/server for assistance. Throughout the evening, getting basic service was a struggle. When we needed refills, extra plates for the wings, or anything else, the bartender would often avoid eye contact and simply say, "Hold on." This continued throughout our entire visit, and we eventually had to ask for the check ourselves. When she brought the check, she explained that it was only her second day on the job and that she hadn't received adequate training. I can certainly understand being new and needing time to learn, and I don't expect perfection from someone on their second day. However, being new or inadequately trained should not mean providing poor customer service or basic courtesy. There was also a lot of chatting with other staff members while customers were waiting for assistance. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant wasn't much better. The floors and tables were dirty, and we had to ask twice for our table to be cleaned. I honestly debated whether to leave this review, but I hope management sees it as constructive feedback. Please train and support your staff so customers receive the level of service they should expect. Finally, customers shouldn't feel pressured or guilty about leaving a tip when the service has been extremely poor. Tipping should reflect the quality of service provided. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the experience was far below what I would expect from BWW.

When I arrived the crowd was very light. The server was very attentive and the music was pretty good. Customers were able to play music on their Touch Tunes jukebox. I could tell that they are well kept. Overall, it was a nice first time first. I was a little disappointed that they didn't play Singo Bingo.
