Then you call the store and fight the AI program. We spent $3,500 on a vibrating bed that has wooden legs that vibrated through the floor so that apartment below complained. This is a defect from the bed company. They should've put rubber pads on the legs. Instead, I had to go to order my own rubber pads and place them under the bed. They did not center the the bed on a wall that has 24 inches on each side. I don't understand why they don't have a tape measure. They showed up to deliver a stand a month late. They could have corrected the at this but they didn't. I called the showroom again and it was too late. Then they brought another nightstand two weeks later and also did not center the bed. The manager had full knowledge of what they needed to do when they came out at the same time. I was even nice to say Do It when you come out for the next one. I do not enjoy calling a foreign country that does not understand English properly. Three times I said I wanted the bed centered and they talked about returns and sending a tech guy out to evaluate the situation. I asked for a supervisor. It's been five hours now with no phone call back. This is the epitome of corporate America. Why do I six times to get a bed centered on a wall. It's a two person job. Willy Wonka, as he introduced himself, had the best customer service--he was polite, not pushy. And he was honest in answering our questions about price, delivery, and disposal of old furniture. When you see this store from the outside and even as you walk in, you'd think it cannot possibly compete with larger stores like Living Spaces or Ashley...BUT boy, are you in for a surprise! The furniture I purchased here had a label that is from Ashley Direct. And I'm pretty sure that Ashley Furniture would have charged me at least two times more than what I paid at Furniture Corner. They delivered on the same day, everything is new and unwrapped in front of you. The delivery crew in 2022 and 2026 were the same men. Really nice people. They were so kind and just overall, happy to help. Furniture Corner is a family-owned business that is ran by honest merchants. It is such a great asset to the Reseda / Northridge community.
