My mother had to go to the emergency room because she is on medications and elderly. We had an excellent furniture delivery experience with Anthony and Bryant. They were professional, caring, and extremely respectful of our home. They unpacked everything, placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it, and took their time to make sure nothing was scratched or damaged. Stopped by with my partner for home decor, and left after being followed around the entire store (both floors) and being looked up and down and asked "have you ever been inside an Arhaus?" Came to Yelp and sure enough others have had this experience. How embarrassing is it to act as a security guard as a sales associate! Staff needs to be humbled. I walked into the store with my sisters to browse for furniture and decor for my new house I just got and we were made to feel unwelcomed. Right when we got in, the sales associate asked if we were looking for the mall. We said no and that we were looking around. She then told us that if we were looking for the mall, we couldn't walk through the store. It felt dismissive and implied that we didn't belong there or couldn't afford the furniture. Regardless of the price, no customer should be made to feel unwelcome based on assumptions. The interaction left a bad impression and we immediately walked out. Can't people shop in peace anymore? My partner and I came in to shop for home decor and the whole time the sales associate named Maddy was following us everywhere (both floors). I spent my last Sunday at Arhaus in Woodland Hills. I was extremely lucky to meet designer Kathryne and Matie who took the lead to help me out. They spent several hours with me in finding the right choices for me. I did not order there -went back to Thousand Oaks, just because it is closer to my house. However, both of them were incredibly engaged, they made design suggestions, offered to send a video and do a design for my living room. They looked up prices, picked up each others ideas and went above and beyond. This was amazing! They were just wonderful to work with. Thank you for all the ideas and helping me to prepare my order. poor communication, horrible customer service and zero care for customer what so ever. went in there to purchase 5 dinning room chairs, patio furniture and a sofa around 60 days ago and left only buying the chairs cause of how bad the customer service was in person. fast forward to today two holidays later and 60 days and still no chairs. we have called and asked to speak to the delivery company that has apparently according to arhaus been with them and arhaus refuses to give any contact infor out for this company. it was only 3 grand for the chairs so thank god we didn't spend more but big warning to stay away from people that just pass the blame on to the next people and act annoyed to work with you read more

Worst experience ever, I purchased few items from this store (total over $20k) and the customer service that we got from the manager, Morgan Witt, was terrible. The guy had disgusting attitude like he's doing us a favor. Talked over us and hung up the phone in our face. We paid $12k for the living room set that came damage from the manufacturer, we waited almost 4 months to get it replaced and we got it we couldn't even use it because every time you sit on it there is a different scratch or mark. The store have amazing stuff but probably this specific living room set was not in a such a good quality. The "amazing" manager, Morgan Witt, that was super rude agreed to take it back and give us a refund and obviously he make sure to tell us that we won't be able to buy again in this store.
