Willy Wonka, as he introduced himself, had the best customer service--he was polite, not pushy. And he was honest in answering our questions about price, delivery, and disposal of old furniture. When you see this store from the outside and even as you walk in, you'd think it cannot possibly compete with larger stores like Living Spaces or Ashley...BUT boy, are you in for a surprise! The furniture I purchased here had a label that is from Ashley Direct. And I'm pretty sure that Ashley Furniture would have charged me at least two times more than what I paid at Furniture Corner. They delivered on the same day, everything is new and unwrapped in front of you. The delivery crew in 2022 and 2026 were the same men. Really nice people.
