We had a longer engagement, and as soon as we met with Nick, we knew we had to hire him for our wedding, and ended up hiring him two years in advance. From the first point of contact, Nick was extremely responsive and helpful. We scheduled our engagement pictures, and, unfortunately, it ended up pouring the day of, however, Nick immediately had ideas of alternate indoor locations for the pictures. He also gave advice regarding what colors to wear for the pictures so they really worked well with the surroundings. The engagement photographs were absolutely stunning. The week prior to the wedding, we talked to Nick over the phone to confirm the schedule. The day of the wedding, Nick caught the most beautiful moments, all while being completely discreet. We never noticed him around during the ceremony or reception, yet, he and his team were there to capture everything. My husband and I got…read moremarried on August 14th, 2016, and the day just before our wedding, the photographer we had hired cancelled on us because of a family emergency! After panicking and having a mild heart attack, I remembered receiving promotional emails from Deborah and contacted her. I figured it would be a long shot getting a photographer less than 24 hours before the wedding and although she was away on vacation, she responded to my panicked emails and voice mails immediately and completely pulled through for us! When I made that panicked call to her, even though it was the first time we had spoken, she spoke to me as if we were friends for years and promised me that everything would be ok. In a matter of a half an hour, she had a photographer booked for us and kept her promise, everything was ok! I was so relieved! Her photographer Charlene arrived early, spent the whole day with us, and took beautiful pictures! She was non intrusive, respected our personal preferences for what we wanted, and after a bit it felt as if she was also a guest at our wedding celebrating with us! She and Ofer did an amazing job with our kids, they really have a way of putting them at ease and eliciting the best from them. My son was in a really cranky mood and I was sure we were just going to get a bunch of him scowling. Nothing I was doing was working to bring him out of his mood. Emily and Ofer were so relaxed and calm and accepting of my son's mood, that it put me at ease and by default, my son. We got some fantastic pictures!
