Completely incompetent clowns that after you fill out the online forms, upload DL, insurance card,…read morepay and drive 2 hours round trip, tell you they don't take your insurance. You don't take BCBS!? All my other doctors do so it sounds dodgy that they can't accept BCBS. And it must be noted that BCBS fd this up too! Their directory of providers is never up to date! Just really seems it is all on purpose so they can take your 1500 dollars each month and provide you with nothing! I made this appointment on the phone, to verify that they take, you guessed it, My Insurance! So I guess it wasn't worth it to verify the insurance or other information that patients give to a "live" person! So their only offer was for me to pay 120 dollars out of pocket and were totally unwilling to have any accountability for their Fup! This is the world we live in, with no accountability the screw ups just keep on keepin on FN it up with no cost to them! I call it the Idiot Tax which is the price competent people pay multiple times a day every day when dealing with clowns with no accountability! You can do everything right but they will get you because you can't fix stupid! Had to warn my wife because this is the provider she uses, different location but same clowns! We have the same insurance this year as last year but apparently they can't do BCBS this year. If you need something FD up this is the place to go!

Looking for a place that doesn't care, you found it!!…read more The lack of care, communication, compassion and professionalism is unreal. My time and my family's time has been absolutely wasted and could never get this TIME back. I have a very sickly family member that is needing to see a primary doctor to be referred to a specialist and we now thank VILLAGE MEDICAL for delaying that process for us... Why would they have us wait for an entire 45, "check us in" wait again to just say that the insurance was not accepted. ( but online reflects you do accept) Yall having been sending reminder emails and text for two weeks and NO ONE thought to call and say that .... AFTER WE WERE ALREADY RESCHEDULED.

Dr. Le is just a wonderful human being who cares deeply about his patients and puts them first. Dr. Daniel Le has been my doctor for two years and I really like him as my MD. He listens…read moreattentively and would explain anything that isn't clear. Besides the medical aspects,he talks to me about school and life,so my visits have always been conversational with him. For physical check ups, appointments aren't readily available as there is a pretty long wait. That's why I gave it a 4 stars because he is quite busy. But, what can you do when he is located in the heart of Chinatown and can speak Vietnamese well to offer service to the older generation that isn't fluent in English? An attentive doctor and being fluent in his native tongue is going to be a popular one. Some things I want to point out is that the staff is average...I don't feel welcome sometimes because they don't say much but I brush it off since my agenda is to see the doctor. The bathrooms are clean and the clinic also has a room to draw blood so you can get that done there. Overall, he is really nice and enthusiastic. I kid you not, everytime he walks in the room, he greets you with an expression as if he won the lottery, big smile and a powerful, exciting voice.

I chose Core Primary Care based on its strong online reviews, but my real experience has been…read moreextremely disappointing. My care has primarily been handled by a PA, and I have never actually seen a physician. While I initially accepted this because I only needed routine annual exams, the experience became problematic once I started a stable statin medication for high cholesterol due to increasing levels and a strong family history of heart disease. After only three months, I needed a routine medication refill. Instead of simply continuing a stable prescription, I was required to schedule another visit with the PA. This felt unnecessary and not aligned with appropriate continuity of care for a long-term, well-established medication. Today, I had a scheduled telehealth appointment for what should have been a simple refill. I waited online for 20 minutes after paying my copay, and the system failed to connect properly. No visit occurred, yet the process still resulted in wasted time, frustration, and disruption. Overall, the experience reflects a system that feels more focused on generating repeated visits and copays than on providing efficient, patient-centered care. For stable chronic conditions like high cholesterol, basic prescription refills should not be this difficult. I would not recommend this clinic to patients who expect straightforward, reliable ongoing medication management.

Overall the doctor who saw me was very attentive and she helped me with understanding my diagnosis, and any questions I have were answered with thorough explanation. I just wish they didn't charge the amount they do.
