After having traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, I let a number of years go by before seeing a dentist. His staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. When I was calling to make my appointments my calls were met by compassionate and friendly receptionists. His dental hygienist Michelle is awesome, thorough, detail oriented and really gets my mouth super clean. Dr Cingel himself is straight up AWESOME! Not only did he help me get my mouth back into shape, he also did an incredible job fixing a cosmetic issue on my front tooth making it look better than it ever looked before. For the first time in years, I smile with my teeth showing. I love Dr Cingel so much, I made it a family affair and he now also treats my son. They have two locations: one in Highland NY and one in Poughkeepsie, NY. Both offices have similar hours, they are closed on Wednesdays and close around 2 PM on Fridays. Thursday is the day that they stay open late, until 7 PM. The staff is very friendly and personable. The dentists are very accommodating. For example, in order to get numb, I need a higher dosage than most people. At first Dr. Lina did not believe me, but she quickly understood and gave me an appropriate dosage. They also will tell you ahead of time if what you require is outside their scope, and they can give you referrals when possible. They listen to your concerns and double check everything to make sure your teeth and gum are healthy. They also send reminders for cleanings and check-ups in the mail and via text. Overall, I am very impressed with this office and would recommend them.

I'm very nervous at the dentist after some poor experiences in the past at other dental offices. Arianne checked in with me from time to time while cleaning my teeth to make sure I was ok. She was very chatty and fun to talk to, which kept me distracted and calm. And she also had a great playlist! I had one tooth upper in the back…read morethat needed to come out at some point as it had a metal band under the gum from my NYC dentist that had lasted for 20 years. I was told by Jeffrey that it needed to come out and I was not a candidate for an implant because my sinus cavity was too close to my bone. ( This office does not do implants). So they he suggested a partial plate which I thought was for the one tooth. But Mo he wanted to extract a perfectly good tooth on the other side for the partial to work. I believed him and proceeded. he installed the partial plate so tightly that within 2 years it had loosened the tooth the partial was attached to! He told me not to worry there was new material and he would make a new partial for 3 teeth! this story goes on and gets worse. Also I had recommended Jeffrey to a friend because of the great cleaning and lead fillings removal I had gotten. She went to him and had a disaster like I later had - quit him but never told me! I now having to have 3 implants for $12k - Yes I am a candidate for implants. This lying Dentist caused me to loose 3 teeth. He is very gentle ( I get my work done without anesthetic lol!) and he is conservative in his approach so he has never done any damage to any of our teeth ( which has happened with other dentists) the office and staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly and everything is spotless!
