My right airway works great, my left nostril doesn't collapse, but I only get about 30% of air through my left airway. So instead of being able to barely breathe, I can breathe well through my right airway which is an improvement post surgery. However, from the day I was allowed to breathe post surgery, I told their office I cannot get the same amount of air through my left airway. They kept saying that it will improve with time, unfortunately it hasn't. Pretty disappointing to not get the results I wanted. Do I recommend them...I would say I wouldn't go back to them, but yes. They are professional and very good to work with. No surgery is 100%, but mine ended up not perfect. The issue I have, is them not addressing my concerns about only getting about 20-30% air through my left airway from the beginning. Now the only way to fix this is with another surgery. Maybe I should have gone to the Military docs from the beginning! Lame

If it's your first time visiting, they give you any one free service or 50% off a Brazilian. I'm grateful we have this chain all over the east coast. I've been to some incredible ones and some very bad ones, this one is pretty good. My favorite ones have had waxs under 15 minutes and great conversation. The worse you can find is ones where they try to sell you a million products, take forever, and judgmentally ask you if you want something else waxed. I've been going to this location for about three years. I always go with the waxer who is available at the time I want to go. I've had mixed reviews on my experience here, but most of them are pretty good experiences. At this location you can usually be done 15-25 minutes. They've stopped the judgemental wax questions too. There is one waxer there who is so easy to talk to and makes the whole experience amazing, I'm blanking on her name, but know there are some great people here. If you come often, I highly recommend purchasing a wax pass, it makes things cheaper. This location is clean and has chairs when you're waiting to be called. If you're looking to get a Brazilian, this is a great place to get it done.
