Here is time to give back by leaving my review :) We have been seeing him for about 2 years. And he indeed lived up to 5 stars, and even far beyond 5 starts if we have more stars to give! As people have been saying here, he is compassionate and competent at the same time. In a typical visit, by asking curious and caring questions without rushing, he got all aspects of my concerns, and he listened so well and cared so much that sometimes I forgot I was in a doctor's appointment, but feeling more like catching up with an uncle that I have missed for a while. Every time for any issue that we want to learn more, he could cite trustworthy resources readily and we trust that he gave well informed advices. There was a time my husband doesn't feel well in his chest, and concerned about potential heart issue. It was in the evening, like 9 or 10 pm, after ordinary office hour, and he didn't feel too bad to go to ER to check it, but concerning enough for us to consider if he should go to ER. We messaged Dr. Fell on the one medical app, and he called us a few minutes later!!! After asking some questions, he said with comforting tone that it's fine, probably muscle tensions, and my husband doesn't need to go to ER that night. Such a relief! And he saved us a thousand dollar bill. And my husband is indeed fine. We are so grateful and impressed about his confidence and that he cares so much and is willing to go far and beyond to help! We also both received his hypnotherapy, which has been deeply healing and I still draw resources from those sessions after two years. His compassion is so genuine that created a safe space for deep healing. Since Covid started, we left CA. When we have any medical questions, we still consult Dr.Fell with virtual visits. We are not willing to let go of him no matter where we go! But he was patient, kind and really focused on speaking to my Dad, asking him about his military service, his career, etc. In this day and age it is hard to find a Doctor like this. Once he had surgery, Dr. Bronk made sure they used the lightest anesthesia suitable so that Dad would not have drastic memory loss (as anesthesia can sometimes accelerate dementia in elderly). What I appreciated is he gave me options to either not proceed or proceed or if I wanted anesthesia I would opt for re-booking the appointment at the hospital. He explained he would just use local injection to numb site. I was totally fine the entire time. Very professional and skilled. I am so glad I had my ugly lipoma removed.

When the other doctor was on vacation, he assisted by ordering the tests I needed and the medicines that I needed to expedite what was wrong with me. He isn't my primary doctor but he is still willing to help me and figure out what is wrong with me. I feel he would be able to figure out what is wrong with me. His manner is gentle, calm, unhurried. In addition to treating the problem you're seeing him for, he will discuss any question you have about your physical or mental well-being -- nothing is off-limits. There is always time. His concern is the total person. It is genuine. He is tireless in his quest to educate each patient about his or her own health. He tailors his specific recommendations to you, and then he will push you to do even better, always within your abilities. Each time I see him, he references new studies or new findings and presents them as they relate to me. I leave his office with fresh motivation and specific actions to take to improve my overall health. Over the years, I have had to contact Dr. Rabin several times (I've used phone, text, and email) on urgent medical matters. He has always responded quickly and calmly, and was clear and decisive in his instructions. Throughout the COVID pandemic, Dr. Rabin has emailed his patients with his own thoughts on the latest quarantine, vaccination and booster research. I've passed these on to family and friends, who find them invaluable. Dr. Rabin is an exceptional doctor. I can't recommend his practice highly enough.

Ultimately,…read moreDr. Huang had checked any potential ENT concerns related to migraine causes and prescribed me some nasal sprays. Over time, luckily they went away. From the visit, I also learned about my deviated septum, which is why I had issues breathing from my nostril growing up and up until surgery! I saw Dr. Huang at the end of 2025 to get a consult for nasal surgery. He recommended a Septoplasty and Reduction of bilateral inferior turbinates. Dr. Huang's bedside manner is one of the best I've encountered in the Sutter network. He is patient and responds to each question with confidence. What sold me was his confidence in this "easier" procedure since I had worries of potential side effects or complications post surgery. Of course, each surgery and how a patient responds and recovers is different, but Dr. Huang reassured that I would likely receive benefits, and not any digressions with my current state. That was enough for me, since I would do anything to get it any % better. I got the septoplasty in early 2026. Operation day was smooth and staff was friendly throughout. Post op and follow up care was good. Recovery is a bit of a pain with the splints and nasal drainage daily, but after a few months now, it is great to be able to fully breathe through my nose! The facility is well managed, nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff. I moved to California from the Northeast USA in late 2018. I had a previous diagnosis of AFib, but had never had significant symptoms that I detected. I wanted to develop a new health care team here in California. My new primary Care doc referred me to Doctor Scott over a year ago. He diagnosed my condition after extensive testing including a consult on heart electrical physiology to one of his colleagues. He is thorough and thoughtful and knowledgeable. I know I am in expert hands! He has training in Medicine at Harvard and a PhD from MIT, he has multiple patents on heart devices. I know he is the person to manage my health and my heart health care and if I ever need more, he is a skilled surgeon. I have more confidence in him than any other doctor I have ever seen. He analysis's my condition and makes recommendations based on research information that he shares with me. That treatment is more sophisticated than any previous work I have had done by my PCP or heart doctor. I am glad to have him as my doctor and recommend him unconditionally for anyone seeking a cardiologist.
