Not only does he help my kid with the rock performance, he is incredibly knowledgeable about NYSSMA and concert band performance. Then, COVID happened. SoR did not skip a beat. Online classes were about as good as online classes could be. And as soon as they could get back in person, they developed an impressive plan that met and far exceeded all safety recommendations: distancing; masks when possible, pods when not; temperature checks; outdoor concerts; microphone sanitation...every concern I could have thought of and more.
