Yet: 1- Not only is the owner (Brett) consistently positive and upbeat, he is talented, fair, and reasonable. A truly genuine gentleman, a class act. 2- He made some excellent design recommendations. 3- His workers are skilled, pleasant, respectful, on time. The quality of work is excellent. 4- All the vendors he referred me to were top quality, reasonable, and very easy to work with, also making coordination of delivery of materials so much easier. 5- Brett is one contractor who doesn't just disappear after the work is done.
