So ridiculous.She then proceeds to state that she needs to charge me 50 for missing my appointment. I ask if my credit card is on file and apparently it's not even on file for them to charge so I hang up .

I have been going to Rush dental in Maple Lawn for several years now. Today's service was a…read moreshocker. Hygienist showed up late to a 7am appt which people take because they have to go to work. Then when I said I needed to be out of there by 8am, the cleaning lasted 10 minutes. She took my X-rays, the doctor came in and didn't even look at my mouth, but told me I needed 2 crowns - $2300 please and asked me if I floss! I floss religiously, but then the Dr. would have known that if she had taken a look at my mouth. After telling me I needed two crowns, she finally looked at my mouth for all of 10 seconds. So disappointed. So angry that my insurance will pay $250 for that service. Of course, I don't trust the diagnosis and will have to take the time to get a second opinion.
