They are always punctual and I have never had an issue getting a appointment that worked with my schedule. The chairs are comfortable the staff is knowledge. I'd consider them friends at this point. They address me by name when I walk in and always with a smile. I would recommend these folks to any and everybody old, young, short, tall, man, woman, and child. I think she's great, but I took my daughter in to show her how brave I was and ironically, I have a dentist phobia. It may be a red head thing I don't know, but I have a true fear. So we went, they saw me, took X-rays. Did a consultation. My daughter seeing how easy it all was... then they said I needed a deep cleaning and asked if it was ok to proceed. I said I don't ever remember anyone telling me they gave me a "deep" cleaning... but sure. Why not? Oh my god. They scraped my gums. I didn't know that happened. My mouth was a bloody mess... all the while, my 5 year old daughter was watching. She was a wreck afterwards. Then they tell me I have a cavity, but I need teeth pulled first and referred me to a surgeon. Um hello.... I'm NOT going to the surgeon. Can you fix the cavity? I've yet to go seek a surgeon for my mouth. I have no pain. I still have a cavity and sadly, we had to restrain our daughter when we took her to the dentist because all she knew was mom's bloody mouth... It took all of my courage to show my daughter it's no big deal, and told them my purpose in our visit. I could have left her at home. If I knew my face would be full of blood of course I would have! That defeats the purpose of inspiring bravery to your 5 year old daughter. read more

Seriously, what an amazing group of compassionate working humans! These gals are SO incredibly down to earth and honest. Part of me wishes that they would adopt me to be part of their wolf pack (not joking. completely serious...ha...haha....but seriously). I was lucky enough to be able to schedule a new patient visit so that I could get a second opinion from Dr. E, and she quite literally saved my teeth! I had gotten a really strange and wonky recommendation for dental work from a terrible corporate dental group that I had seen a few times before, and their suspicious recommendation made me second guess their intentions (money, money, money!). Dr. E, as well as ALL of her amazing staff, treated me with such kindness! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being invited into a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. My teeth cleaning was very thorough and the hygienist is an absolute sweetheart (as well as a total riot) and helped me to feel at ease. Dr. E is OUT.OF.THIS.WORLD PHENOMINAL! When it came to the point of the visit where she was to review my xrays and check my teeth, she asked that I not share with her what my other dentist recommended, until after her observations. I'm assuming she did this so that his findings would not influence her own findings or observations. SMART. As it turns out, the other dentist completely, flat out lied about the work that he said I had needed to have done. For the work I did need, it was so reasonably priced that I should have also added a tip for extra time and labor....BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST THIS AMAZING. Both times that I went, my appointment time ended well after 7pm, but I never felt like they were rushing me out the door. I hope that more people find her. Even though the selfish part of me wants them to remain as a tiny, well loved jewel, I hope that Dr. E and her staff have amazing success. They all deserve it! read more

I hate going to the dentist for several reasons. It is so hard to find a good dentist. I have only had one other good dentist in the 20+ years I have lived in Arizona. He doesn't take my insurance anymore and helped me find Dr. E. I tried going to other dentist but I feel like they ripe you off. They always want to charge me thousands of dollars for all kinds of work. I feel they are just staying I need all kinds of work done just to take my money. The other reason is they always hurt me. I don't like pain and have a zero pain tolerance. Before coming to see Dr. E I had not seen a dentist in approximately two years. I went in because I was having pain. I figured I needed another root canal. Dr E was very nice and explain everything to me. She took x-rays and said I did not need a root canal but I do need a deep cleaning and I have one small cavity. I was so relieved. I came back and got my cavity filled on one day. Back and got my deep cleaning another day. No pain at all. I have to say it was one of the best dental experiences of my life. So happy childhood dentist helped me find Dr. E. I can't imagine going anywhere else. She is absolutely the best. I won't go anywhere else. read more

I really like the smaller down to earth nature of Dr. E and her staff. We used to see her when she was with another dental practice in this same location. Dr E (Euzarraga) as she is so affectionally referred to has changed my opinion of dentistry. She is compassionate and thorough without the pain and angst normally associated with dental work. Usually I cringed at the very notion of drilling and capping and all that accompanies that procedure. With Dr E you will be pleasantly pleased to know there was absolutely no pain with the needle injection before or after my cap. No request is ignored from a blanket to changing the TV channel. Coffee, tea and water is available in the lobby. The decor reminds you of a relaxing spa not the drab white walls of the typical dental office. You will be greeted by Dina, who is all smiles as soon as you walk into the lobby. She will also work with you to help you with any insurance or payment information you may require. Dr E's assistant Lisa, is the other half of the best dental team I have ever experienced. And Michele is the very best dental hygienist I have ever had. I will follow her wherever she goes. Dr. E and her staff are AMAZING! I was referred to her by an orthodontist and they definitely knew what they were talking about. From the moment I called her office and spoke to Lisa to set up my first appointment, I was sure Dr. E would be my dentist. I went in on Monday afternoon and I met with Michelle. She took several ex rays, and checked every single tooth and my gums. I haven't been to the dentist for a while since I moved from California to Phoenix so yes I knew my results wouldn't be great. However, Michelle explained everything throughly. Then I met Dr. E and she let me know how important it was to get my cavities filled before going in to start my orthodontic treatment. So I made an another appointment for the next day and she filled majority of my cavities and I went back on Thursday to get the last ones filled. Dr. E and her staff are all so friendly and really make you feel welcome. Trust me I am like most of you who cringe even thinking about going to the dentist, however this staff will make you excited about booking your next appointment. I live in Downtown Phoenix and I totally don't mind the commute to Dr. E's office because they are genuine, and efficient.
