The worst dentist experience ever. I enjoy going to the dentist, and this location turned me off. I will never return to this location or company. Should have supported a local dentistry business instead of a chain. the staff was great. The person who cleaned my teeth did not seem experienced enough. She did not even floss all my teeth for the annual cleaning. There was water everywhere because they don't have a sink to have you rinse your own mouth. I didn't even get plaque removed. the worst part was the application of fluoride. it wasn't applied evenly and got got on my lips. My lips got all sticky and was too embarrassed to go anywhere other than home after this appointment. Risas doesn't have the adequate working atmosphere and the staff don't seem experienced. I was going to this dentist for 7 years, at first the doctors was very caring. It now seems that they receive over abundance of patients, hard to get appointments. I was on a maintenance schedule for deep cleaning and the doctor refused to using any numbing medicine. I was in pain during the cleaning and after. The doctor seems agitated a lot. They only care about how much money they can make off you. They try to sneak a membership fee into your bill without ever telling you anything about it. Dentist is running between 4 or more patients back and forth is a disaster waiting to happen. They make you go to the front desk in the middle of your exam to pay before they will continue to work on your teeth?? Outrageous! I was left sitting in the room so long between the dentists jumping back and forth between patients that my numbing shots wore off and had to be given them again as if the first round isn't torture enough. So the other day I went to make a payment for $700 and I gave the receptionist my credit card and she handed me the receipt and next thing I know I was negative $350.00 from my other credit cards so I checked my bank card where it was negative and it turns out that she had used the credit card on file to make the payment instead of the one that I had handed her and it was my lunch hour, it was a mess she had charged my other credit card instead of the one that I handed to her, This was awful I had to go to the bank transfer money I was very upset I had told her off, why people decide to do what ever they want with patients clients it's our money and we work hard for it, She definitely needs to be addressed that was very unfortunate upsetting and unprofessional. Second time I make an appointment, and they call me in an hour later literally at closing time and work on me for another 30 mins while they're running back and forth. That I believe is very unprofessional. I make my appointments at 7 due to work, but Why make appointments when they're not on time or even a few minutes -- I don't mind but a whole 1.5 - 2 hours just to get my braces adjusted that's ridiculous. Overall the place is and looks clean and well maintained however I also think it would be great if our ortho guy would ask us if we have any questions or anything about my braces/teeth but he just finishes tells the assistant what brace adjustment I'll get and walks out with no thank you or no "any questions for me" because believe me I had questions. It kind of sucks. But other than that that's all, everything else is great. read more

I was then directed to get X-rays and placed in a room where I was greater by Dr. Groneman. My consultation with him was amazing and he was quick to come up with a plan to help me get to my goal. Gave them another try and regret it front staff is always rude, no COVID accommodations for affected customers, have not been seen since November for braces was told by front staff my situation was unfortunate but they could do nothing I got stranded called the front Office to advise I'd be 10 minutes late the front staff stated I needed to reschedule another month out after arguing for 20 minutes just to tell me to still come in but it would be an hour wait and accepted a walk in for the same service I was advised would be a month wait when they make you wait over an hour to be seen every time you check in for an appt.
