I took the family here today looking to purchase a back pack and track pack. Once you enter, you get a friendly and welcoming greeting. They have a staff member at each one of the rooms so assistance is not too far away. They have a lot of great selections and prices are lower than their competitors. I got a cuter wallet and better deal in store than I had gotten online the day before. Very very very tight security. Sales people did so much to encourage happy shopping. There happened to be a special launch event going on. There were beverages and a raffle. Security people were just a little too present, like weirdly physically close more than once. I wrote it off, it wasn't my problem. Still, uncomfortable. Clean store. Good communication. Free parking for locals in mall garage. Security: Important job but save it, please. We have to touch things to know if we like them. The sofas, chairs, and mirrors are meant to be used. We know that you, plus 4,000 cameras, plus people in the camera room and the LVMPD are all right there. AND we don't care because, suprise!, (most of us) didn't come to steal things. read more

I went in with my daughter looking for a belt after getting a new job! One of the associates (thin male dark skin approx 5'9" with very long dreads/braids) walked past us twice looking at us. As I pulled out my phone to use my calculator to figure out the discount, he rushed over and asked "can I...help you?" I said "no, I'm just doing a little math" He then smirked at me and said he could help if I needed anything and then hovered. I felt like he was suspicious of me and I wasn't welcome so we left. It's organized but the type of bag and by color. Upon walking in, I was greeted right away, which was nice. I continued to look/walk around and this little sales lady kept following closely. I knew exactly what was happening, she was going to try to sell me a bag. Guess what? She tried, lol. She told me her name and again, advised me they were having a sale today. After politely telling her I was just looking with no interest to buy- she recommend a purse for me to buy. It started getting annoying. With this said, the store is clean and organized. That's it! I've decided I am updating my @Coach review :) I love this place. After checking out other designer bag stores, I have come to realize that the Coach outlet has the best deals and the cutest stuff. There prices are so much better that your average department store prices and they have all kinds of cool things here at the outlets. Once again they were giving out the 20% coupons to those who entered the store. This coupon combined with some of there other discounts will lead to some awesome deals. It is always crowded here but it's never a problem to navigate you way through the store. Like my first trip here I have to again comment on how friendly the Coach personnel were. You definitely will be helped if you need it. They are willing and eager to help you find what you are looking for. Once you are ready to pay you will need to stand in line but the lines always move quickly because they always have plenty of cashiers. If you're not into purses or bags, they also sell sunglasses, scarves, umbrellas and shoes here. There is something for every girl! This store is definitely my favorite of all the outlet stores at the Premium Outlets. I will for sure be making a stop here everytime. Jackie and Belinda truly made a difference in our already good experience at the Coach outlet. Every trip to Vegas, we go here to see what sales are going on and a purse that a friend bought last year had rubber peeling off. After briefly mentioning it to the cashier when buying a new purse, Jackie looked up the purchase to determine if it was in a 1 year warranty period, then asked the manager if they could credit the purchase price of the purse we bought last year to the new purse. I was shocked! Definitely didn't expect them to extend that and we quickly accepted. Make sure you take advantage of the 1 year warranty period if your coach product starts to peel, etc. read more

This place is cray. Be careful and don't get run over! I'm usually a Coach snob. Meaning that I used to only shop at the regular Coach stores because I wanted the latest and greatest. However, I haven't bought anything from there in 2013. Why? because their bags have gotten very boring. Every time I go to look, I only see solid colors around the store, and I prefer the ones with prints on them (like the Signature or the Madison op art). Recently, I have been shopping here and discovering that the stuff is A LOT better. The sales are great and there are so many items to choose from. Plus, I'm saving money! I also like how the employees aren't annoying and won't follow you around like the ones at the regular Coach stores. The only downside is how crowded this place gets. People can get crazy and sometimes its hard to move around the store. My advice is, if you see something that you really like, buy it now! IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!! I came in to buy shoes back in July believing that their product is a high quality product. I bought 2 loafers and after just a few uses one of them ripped from the top. Online on the website stated they offer 1 year warranty for repairs. I called the store to see if I can do a repair and they told me that they don't do that here so I asked if I can do a return and exchange even tho it's pass 30 days. Neshae the rep on the phone said yes to come in and they will help me out. I came in today and asked for a refund of my money because I don't want any other products from the store Neshae flipped the script and told me we can't refund it (although on the phone she stated she could) and offered store credit.. I didn't want the store credit I wanted to get my refund. I was livid but didn't want to cause a scene bothering other people's shopping experience so I took the store credit and asked for customer service and what a joke !!!!!!!said they couldn't help me because I didn't make the purchase online. I'm furious because I'm been given the run around. Why tell me I can come in for a return or exchange and when I get in say they can only give me credit. I want nothing to do with this sorry product I never should've came in!!!!!!!!!!!! I need a solve I'm more than happy to come back and give them the merch card they gave me in exchange for cash or the money back to my card!! This won't be the last hate to be the "Karen" but I'm all about principle DONT over promise and not deliver !!!! Went to Vegas with the fambam for the Thanksgiving weekend. I went to do some Christmas shopping on the last day (Sunday). I don't know what kind of angel was with me that morning, but they had a massive sale. 70-75% off, then an additional 20% off, and some had an additional 10% off on top of that!!! I walked away with 5 bags and 2 wallets for $660!!! Are you kidding me??!!! Unfortunately, I was being rush because I had to check out at the hotel. The associates were super friendly and helpful. So its my wife's birthday and wanted to take her to get a purse she has been eyeing for some time. Hear was our experience... Store - The store design is very trendy with multiple monitor walls and modern decor. This is one of the biggest outlet locations I've seen with so many different products out on the floor. Therefore you should have not have a issue finding what you need. Staff - The staff was hit and miss there were a few that were stand offish and actually, for a lack of a better term, kinda snobbish, however there were a few that were very helpful and very attentive and it was appreciated. Why only 3 stars? I have shopped here before,and thou the store has been updated and is definitely makes you feel that your in a high end store, some of the staff could have been more attentive to the reason they are there. One of the patrons has a small dog with him while shopping. I agree, the puppy was cute, however they kept constantly giving the dog attention vs. being attentive to customers when the store was NOT busy making people wait in line. There were more cashiers than customers waiting for service, but they kept leaving to give the dog attention. Bottom line, Coach is marketed as a higher end store, even in a outlet setting, and there is a expectation that the entire experience should provide that perception. Again just my point of view based off knowing that Coach isn't the only brand that markets this way and this location does have competitors and that maybe next time I might think of going to a different brand. read more

It's a well organized store with a lot of employees on the floor. We were greeted and handed coupons. The bags look well made. My friend was given a gift card for Coach so that is why I was in the store. I followed her around while she was provided assistance to find a purse to her liking. Once she chose a purse she was escorted to the register line. I got the impression that employees get a commission, and it also felt like they are watching for shoplifting. I don't get the hype with Coach bags. To me they are overpriced and very specific redundant designs. Maybe I'm missing something. If Coach bags are very durable then I could see spending that much for one, otherwise I could live without them. read more

Wow, I had such great service at this Coach outlet! The woman working recognized my bag from like two seasons before and she named the product line and everything. Workers there really know their stuff! I didn't buy anything this time around but it was a really nice experience with friendly workers that weren't overly in your face or following you around, etc. Looking forward to visiting again. read more

This store during Black Friday is NOT for the weary or timid. Some of the women looking for bargains on affordable higher end purses are vicious. This was the busiest store at the outlets. I kid you not. I will, say, however, this store was as organized as possible considering the absolute chaos of having so many crazed women in one store. The people who worked that day were also nice and helpful. I am still amazed that the check-out process was relatively painless. I am so glad they had an express lane for people with less items. Oh Herro beautiful Coach bag! Ahhhh how I love Coach! Alas Im usually a broke azz bish or just wayyy too cheap! This day I went in and was given a 30% off coupon! Plus they took off 10% off the total after the first coupon then another 10% off in addition to the 50% off original price of my clearance bag! Its weird how they do it but whatever, I got a 268$ purse for 57$!! Its a large store, but beware of the clearance area! Bishes be crazy! You have to basically grab whatever you can then actually look at it in the safety of a corner or be ready to shank someone so they dont take it away from you! LOL JK! But they are out for blood! Anywho, they have a ton of employees around with their little calculators and are ready to assist you! Just remember, stand your ground! LOL. Coach Factory Stores on the whole make my skin crawl. Shoppers consistently act like they are giving the leathergoods away. I've never been in a CFS and thought, "gee, I am so relieved that I don't have to knock people over with my Tahari bags to get even remotely close to a stack of wallets." It's shopping Mortal Kombat here. That said, they are NOT giving it away. Everything is probably about 30 to 40 percent off, which is not bad. But the place is packed to the gills with last season's stuff, and with Coach, you KNOW it's last season. Do not come here for anything hip, you will look dated. Come here for classic wallets and wrislets. Anything else is a waste of time. read more

Looks like I had a much better shopping trip than others who have Yelped this Coach store. Well, that's no accident! I carefully planned my outlet trip for maximum shopping awesomeness. This means, hit up the outlet mall on Friday before officially kicking off your weekend in Vegas! We strolled into this Coach store and were greeted with coupons for not 20% off, but 30% off. And the store was nice and spacious, less than half full, for our browsing pleasure. So please take my advice -- go on Friday. Then hit the pools all weekend. There is a clearance section in the back where most items are 40% off lowest marked price. However, beware. The marked prices are higher there so with your 40% off you end up paying a similar price to the non-clearance merchandise int he front of the store -- and you get an additional 30% off no matter what you buy with the coupon. I did get a handbag from the clearance section. It was an off-season bag, but just a basic brown leather so I'm not sure that would really go out of style anyway. I plan on carrying it for several years. (I'm still carrying my last Coach bag which was given to me as a gift back in 2002.) Everyone here was nice and the deals are great. Had to hold myself back from buying a couple more items. Wish I could go back soon! read more

Although this store is often mobbed with people, I still don't mind sifting through the masses to find a killer deal. The best part is that they hand out coupons as you walk in. BUYER BEWARE!! Coach claims that they have a lifetime warranty on their very expensive products! I recently bought my husband a belt that he wore 3 times and the buckle scratched when he took it in to get it fixed they explained that it would be $35.00 dollars to send it to fix it. A few days later the belt was returned without repair and no refund on the $35.00 dollars! They said that it was our fault that the buckle scratched and they are happy to sell us a new belt! Last time I checked a "Warranty" meant that you back up your products and stand behind your claims! Coach could have replaced the buckle which might have cost them less than $10.00 dollars to keep a customer happy but they chose not to instead! This is a great store. Not only do they always have sales, but they have a pretty good selection for both men and women. Service here is always good too...they always remember me and the little guy, and they are always friendly and helpful...and not the helpful because they wanna sell you crap...the genuine kind. I really like the Coach style, and it's not crazy expensive like some other brands out there. On the men's side, I have picked up all my luggage and baby bags from here, as well as shoes, jackets, and accessories like belts, bottle openers, keychains etc. On the womens side, I would like to not think about all the purses I've wasted money on lol...another day, another life. Since moving to a bigger location near the other designer handbag brands (Kate Spade, Dooney & Bourke, Michael Kors, LeSportsac), it seems less crowded and hectic, but you will still see asian tourists carrying large bags (indicating large purchases) from this very store. You are greeted with friendly faces as you enter the store- the employees are crisply dressed in black and white (the uniform), and from time to time, will offer you a "20% off your entire purchase" coupon. Since it is larger, there are lots of products here- wallets (saw some for $39), coin purses (saw some for $25), wristlets, travel pieces, clothing, and the big attraction: purses- hobos, satchels, crossbody (saw some for $79), small ones (saw some for $79), mid-size ones (I saw a nice mid size black leather hobo shoulder bag for $119), and large ones in a rainbow of colors (making women who like handbags, feel like a kid in a candy store). If you go to the very back, there are a couple sections that have bags at 50% off the red-marked prices (red penned price indicates marked down price from retail price). Usually you will see employees with calculators with customers (final push to buy?) but that helps the customers decide on the purchase. Just because this is an outlet store with lower than retail prices, this in no way indicates that these handcrafted Coach leather products are damaged (no rips, holes, or stains- you won't see that here)- just past season inventory (and there's nothing wrong with that). A designer bag shopper's heaven- come here and you'll see why. Choosing the perfect bag might be hard with all the variety of goods found here. Crazy busy during Christmas time. read more

This is one of those stores I never stop loving! Handbags are my favorite and handbags from Coach are beautiful, stylish, and durable. I can always find something that I don't want to leave without here. I usually get the additional 30% off coupon when I walk in, and that's on top of the sale price. If they're not offering when you're there, just go back another time. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They're always happy to calculate the bottom line for me when I'm on the fence (which is necessary when they're offering a percentage off and giving you an additional 30% off on top of that... doing math in my head - not my thing). I decided it was time for me to get a decent purse, so I headed over to the Coach outlet. I found a very nice light gray purse and matching wallet. The purse was on clearance for 40% off and I got a coupon for an additional 30% off when I walked in. After I bought the purse, my wife told me how glad she was I got it, and how much she had HATED my old purse. I never knew how much she disliked my old purse until I got my Coach purse. This Coach Store always, always, always has a ton of people in it. It does not matter what day, what time, what holiday, etc. It is always packed, no matter what. I guess the slashed prices on their purses will have that effect on people. I have been here on countless occasions. Most recently I went in search of a new handbag and succeeded in my journey. I bought one of their new bags and used the 20% coupon given to me upon entering. They ALWAYS give out the percentage coupons. I've never been in here when they haven't. It is what it is. If you go in, make sure to expect the hustle-bustle of a bunch of people and be forewarned: there may be lines you have to wait in. If you can just take it easy and not get irritated it's a great place to get a cheap purse. After all, Coach really isn't all its cracked up to be these days with many other designer purses pulling ahead of them in the game. This store is pretty well kept by the employees and is pretty big. The discounts are average for an outlet store (Just like the ones here in SD) and the employees were pretty friendly and nice :) I ended up going in and out in less then 30 minutes, and I walked out with a great purse for $207 and an awesome scarf for about $60.. good deals =) read more

Stopped by in November last year during a big sale. All the employees were very helpful. Billy helped me find my Prairie Sachel and a large Smythe Bag. Both are high quality leather and were 70% off. At that price these Coach bags are a steal. The store was absolutely packed but there was still a good selection. So nice that they were well staffed with good inventory at a great sale price.
