Ok selection of watches. I have seen better, I have seen less. The sales woman was very nice and helpful and really tried to assist. But unfortunately we couldn't find one from the newer collection we were after. Also prices are really low comparing to other stores. But what good is low price when you don't have the watch you are looking for. Overall it is a good store. I came to this store initially just to browse through some bags/purse and wallets. They have a good sale today, luckily. While I was browsing through some wallets, Gia came and asked if I am looking for some particular item, and I asked about the wallets that were on sale. She was very accommodating and cheerful. I feel that she was there to help the customer and not just to make a sale. I admit I don't have the look of someone who shops full price items, I always go for the sale. Great store went here not expecting to buy anything but when I walked in a sales mentioned a 50% off sale, that was hard to pass up on. Looked at watches they were not on sale seems only the items onwards the back of the store. Over all the store is smaller than expected but they had a large selection of things to choose from. read more

Everything in the store 50% off!!!! With only 1 foot in the door u are greeted and told EVERYTHING in the entire store is 50% off. Well this is not very true. My husband looked at watches and was told they are only 25% off. If u look at clearance, some of the prices were marked down, but then u did not get 50% off. And when asking about the clearance items we were told only the front of the store is 50% off. (I didn't know the back of the store was not part of the entire store.) U need a road map and directions to their discounting policies. read more

As a guy, I might have a different view of pl;aces like this, but it still seems to be more common sense than anything else. Ok, this is another of these overpriced handbag places like Coach that are becoming more and more of a trend every day. The wife had mentioned this a while back so like any good husband I obliged and found myself at this location right before Christmas. The store itself is nice enough and the girls there are helpful. It's just to me, the selection of styles is very underwhelming for this price range. At quick glance, you would swear you were looking at 3 different version of the same bag multiplied by 100. These bags are as white bread as you can get!! So after some searching, I select a black bag with silver trim. It has handles and a shoulder strap. Looks like it can go with anything and while it has some design elements to it, it is still underwhelming in my opinion. Fats forward to Christmas, and the bag is given to my wife. I'm waiting for the nod of approval and thankfully I get it. A few minutes of examining the bag and uh oh. Seems that when you put the strap on your shoulder, the handle on the side sticks straight out. Doesn't seem to be much of an issue to me, but I guess if you have to carry the bag every day, I can see it being annoying. The handle should fold down flat against the bag but it doesn't. This is not a defect, bit a design flaw. Something that shouldn't occur on a bag priced at $329 !! I tell her no problem, we'll take it back and exchange ti for whatever you like. If you don't see anything then we'll get a refund and you can go somewhere else and pick something. WRONG!!!! NO REFUNDS!!!!! Only credit of exchange!! This is where a business loses me. There is no reason in the world to not offer refunds. So if my wife didn't see anything else she liked, I'm stuck with a credit for a store I may never use!! Thankfully, after putting in more time searching than she did looking for a new car, she found a bag. Price point was the same, so I didn't have to worry about having any leftover credit. I'm not impressed by having MK stamped on anything or any other designer names for that matter. I'm impressed by , style, price and quality. We'll see how long the bag holds up. As for the price and style.....barely passing with a D. So for the many other men that will be stuck buying from this store at some point, remember, NO REFUNDS!! Here is another tip. Sign up for the outlets mailing list. You can get a coupon book for the entire outlet center. There is a 20% off deal in the coupon book for this store. Tons of inventory and mostly all the newest designs. Very well organized by price and style. The girl that helped me out was friendly and pretty funny which is nice because I don't really know exactly what to get I mean I'm a guy by myself surrounded by girls and shiny bags with locks on them and stuff.
