The new setup is very limited which removes the original reason I ever started going here to begin with. The new doctors seem to be nice and knowledgeable enough although they're slightly conflicting and have openly criticized work that the previous doctors (multiple doctors) had done while at the same practice. Nothing makes you second guess the quality of your dental repair or the warranty of the work like the doctor responsible for fixing it in the future looking at it and telling you it's not the best repair that could've been done. Well, lucky enough for me it's not my ton ab to fix it next time should it fail, but dude, really? They don't push business income like some other dentists that say, "Hey I see a spot that we want to keep an eye on for a while unless you just want to get it drilled out right now, it'd be $350." That's good. If that changes, I probably will stop coming here because it's not exactly convenient for me to get to, certainly without the previously flexible hours. You can't remove all of the glamour and service of a good practice that clients were used to and still keep expecting the same level of customer loyalty. 3 stars for now based on historical greatness and current operations.

Modern, super clean space with a comfy waiting area complete with coffee and water. Dr. Roberts is a cool dude and his hygienists/assistants are superb as well. Super knowledgable, well-researched, and very personable. After the X-rays and exam, they recommended a slightly more intensive gingivitis cleaning (but a deep clean wasn't necessary). They also highlighted a couple areas where I could benefit from one filling, one curodont treatment, and 3 or 4 sealants. They weren't pushy and allowed me to go forward with whatever I could afford. Since I hadn't had a cleaning in a year, I decided to get the upgraded gum cleaning, and they agreed to give me the basic cleaning I would have gotten as part of the $79 deal on a follow up. I also got one filling since I didn't want that to get worse. Put off the other stuff for the time being. Got some minor numbing for the cleaning with a heavier numb job for the filling. Minor discomfort during the cleaning which was standard, but zero pain during the filling. I always felt comfortable and in good hands while in the chair. Great staff and everything felt reasonable and transparent. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the Broomfield area.

Her assistant, Jackie, botched multiple fillings that had to be filed down after the fact and continue to cause problems that can't be resolved without an out-of-pocket replacement. While Summit was able to get me a new retainer, the quality is questionable at best. I sought out a female practitioner and team who advertised experience and understanding of dental anxiety, but everyone I spoke to seemed ambivalent or even confused anytime I expressed concern about money or the quality of the work that was being done. I'm stuck with subpar fillings and will have to find a new provider anyway; I would caution new patients before pursuing care here.
