Everything done on these implants has been done incorrectly. The depth was too shallow not leaving enough room for teeth, the locators were put in incorrectly, and at the wrong angles, resulting in the screws breaking off inside the implants. The wrong size tray was used, when making liners, she joked about doing science experiments, and it still wasn't mixed right. So here I am after over a year of struggling to even eat and am having these implants removed and replaced by a specialist. She seems nice and acts like she cares but it was all about the money as she obviously had no experience doing this type of work. The quality of care is horrendous, you make an appointment and then sit for hours waiting for her to show up.

It's a new space so it feels modern and immaculately clean. The staff is kind, but can feel more procedural and robotic than down to earth and personable. I don't have insurance so I always try to get an affordable cash price. On my first visit, I got X-rays and an exam and was convinced to get their one year plan as well as a two part deep cleaning, with a follow up clean a couple months later, since apparently a regular cleaning just wouldn't do with my mouth. Doing the math, I saved a little money on their plan vs paying for each service a la carte, but it was still super expensive. I had one deep clean before so I figured I could benefit from another for my gum health. I wasn't very numb at first so they checked on me and added some more. It went pretty smoothly and was only sore for the rest of the day. I ran into some financial hardships and had to put off dental care for a year. When I tried to schedule a cleaning and explained I could only afford a basic cleaning at the moment, the main doctor transferred me to someone else who tried to sell me on another super deluxe mega care plan. I reiterated that I could only afford a basic cleaning at this time. I was then told I needed new X-rays and an exam on top of a cleananing. I was tired of the upsell pitches and knew more would inevitably be fired my way had I gone through with an office visit so I decided to cancel and find a new dentist. In the end, I felt awkward in the chair, constantly felt pushed into more expensive services, and found out later their deep clean was probably not necessary. The care I received was adequate, but even though going to the dentist is rarely fun, this crew was just not my vibe. My advice: get to know patients on a more personal level and understand what they can and can't afford before being so pushy with the upsells, otherwise it will drive more patients away than just myself.

At the time, I believed I was beginning a process that would be supported through completion, with the goal of restoring my smile and quality of life. Nearly three years later, I am deeply disappointed to say that consistent follow-up and clear guidance toward completion have not occurred. This has been not only frustrating, but disheartening--especially given the importance of this type of treatment. I also experienced a significant difference between the initial estimate and the final amount requested, which was not clearly explained in advance. When I raised my concerns with the office, I did not feel that they were handled with the level of care, understanding, or accountability I had hoped for as a patient. At 70 years old, this has been a difficult experience, and I would not want others--especially those facing major dental procedures--to go through something similar. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and fully understand the long-term plan before proceeding. My daughters had an appointment scheduled for next week and i received a text today saying that they have sent a dismissal letter out to me in Sept 2025. Which I did not receive. I called the office to inquire about the letter and the female that answered the phone pulled up the letter and read it to me and this is what the letter said this: We take pride in our dentistry and in the relationships with our patients who believe in quality care. Confidence in our practice and understanding are key elements to successful treatment. it is lack of these important elements that leads us to this letter. It seems that your confidence has eluded us. I then asked what that means and she gave me no answer the only thing she said is that the letter states the reason and she is going to continue to keep saying that without reason. I asked if I could speak with someone else to get some answers and clarity as to why this is happening and she told me no that the letter states everything. I have no idea what you're confidence has eluded us. The employee that answered my call then hung up on me. I googled what does your confidence has eluded us means and this is what I got from google. This is what I got from google: "Based on dental industry language, the phrase "your confidence has eluded us" from a dentist's office most likely means that your fear, anxiety, or lack of trust has prevented them from being able to provide the necessary care" Now there was NEVER an issue that my family or I have had with not trusting them or feeling uncomfortable with the care they provided. they made my small children also feel comfortable as well. The patient information paperwork was clean and professional, I enjoyed the office tour, and was made to feel as though I hadn't worry about my teeth - i was in good hands. While I have had amazing dental care from Dr Foster…read more(THANK YOU to her!), today I had the worst medical trauma of my life when Dr. Jung extracted my tooth while I was in obvious pain and extreme discomfort. My body was shaking uncontrollably and I was crying and asking for tissues Throughout the 40 min procedure. He put a 2nd shot of Novocain in when he was 1/2 done but continued working immediately, not giving it any time to set in... and I continued crying and shaking and yelling out in pain throughout the entire procedure. I couldn't even speak afterwards because I was weeping and deeply troubled by the violation that had just occurred. I know now I was having an anxiety attack. I just sat in the chair crying until I could get myself out of there as quickly as possible. I had even told Dr Jung and another member of his team about a prior negative experience involving a root canal specialist ripping my root out even though I was signaling I could feel the pain and he also never stopped. I specifically told Dr Jung "as long as you listen to me if I express I'm in pain, all will be ok." But he NEVER stopped the extraction. Just said he was "almost done" and I was "doing a great job." He didn't even check on me or say goodbye before I left. He was already on to the next patient as I wept in the chair. He never spoke to me again. Three members of his staff called to check on me in the days that followed but the OWNER who violated my face and my trust in dentists had not spoken one word to me since he said "I'll give you a minute" as I wept uncontrollably in his chair unable to even look a human in the eyes. He just went on with his day and week and life and let his (amazing!) team pick up the pieces. I sobbed in my car for 25 min before I could drive safely home. I had to use tapping to calm myself down enough to drive. In 2025, no one should have to go through that type of pain for a tooth extraction. It doesn't have to be traumatic or deeply painful both physically and emotionally. I was honestly still in shock and struggling with pain and sorrow and triggered trauma 10 hrs later. And then 5 days later when I got dry socket the pain was excruciating but I couldn't go back to that place for follow up care, so I spent $300 to have another dentist office treat the pain. Dr. Foster is an amazing dentist ... but I will never recommend anyone see Dr Jung and I had to tell my amazing dentist, Dr Foster that due to this extreme violation of body, spirit and trust I can never step foot in that office again.
