They guarantee their crowns for 5 years, well the one I got there just fell apart while I was eating a pb and j sandwich and I called since it should still be under warranty and was told they wouldn't cover that or replace it since im not a patient any more. It shouldn't matter, they guaranteed it when I was a patient there. The work should hold up and they should replace it plain and simple. If you are looking for a dentist I would avoid this place at all costs. Over priced, work doesn't hold up and they don't honor their warranties.

So, I went to Dr. Stephens' office thinking "if the active army authorizes him it will be sketchy at best." From the minute I walked in the door, I was dead wrong. The front office staff is fantastic, when you call them they know you by name. Check in was effecient and Jeannette is awesome. Dr. Stephens is fantastic at his skillcraft, he somehow mastered the painless needle. The one thing that sets him apart is his personality. I can sit for hours (even though he probably wouldnt let me) and chat and laugh about really anything. He is one of the few dentists that I would let touch my Mother.

No explanation, no exam, and written on a cash register receipt. What a joke. After getting 2nd and 3rd opinions from other dentists, none of the work was necessary. I would not be shocked if this office is out of business.
