When we mentioned the potatoes the response from our waiter was "yeah that's been a common complaint"... which makes it obvious that we weren't the only ones who have brought it up and asked about the change. The service was decent and the food was good, but none of it compared to what it has been in the past. Oddly enough it was also quite empty for a Sunday at 10AM when were used to seeing it packed in there. Perhaps others have noticed changes that are less than customer-centric? Why make such a change to a staple item which then makes the meal no different than what I can find elsewhere for less money? Sadly it make not make the list next year when company is back in town when it's typically been their request.

There were 4 tales in the restaurant and like 8 employees Things did not improve from there. Our food came out very slowly and one of the meals had to be sent back. We ended up having to go to the bar multiple times, including for a to go box and even to get our check, because no one was checking on our table. To make matters worse, the menu states that guests are asked to limit their visit to 90 minutes. However, due to the slow and inattentive service, we were there for nearly two hours through no fault of our own. There also used to be a sense of customer service here, which seems to have changed.
