I called back the next day and was told they cannot order contacts for someone who is not one of their patients. (This was not relayed to me when I placed the order and no one thought to inform me of that over the next month!!) After getting disconnected with the Warwick office where I called to speak to a manager, I was disconnected, and no one answered the phone when I called back. Well I'm raving too. If it's not cloudy, I can see from Woonsocket to Westerly. Thank God, because I wouldn't want to drive that distance- that's a 4 day trip in RI and 2 hotel stops.
