When I went back to get the glasses fitted, the young man that helped to fit them on my face was also nice but he didn't do a good job. I came back a week later and one of the woman working was not friendly at all, borderline rude. So I left and went to another LensCrafters to get the glasses fitted. I almost didn't come back to this LensCrafters when I was getting prescription sunglasses but it was just more convenient. The rude lady was working that day and I just avoided her until someone else helped. I'd give this location 3.5 stars but rounding up to 4.
