Dr. Amber, in particular, has helped me tremendously over the years with everything from mundane health issues to much more complicated long-term concerns. She is a great listener, always compassionate, and eager to help. When I dealt with complex diagnoses that require excessive follow-ups, she was right there with me every step of the way. While I agree it can be hard to get responses by phone, I find them incredibly accessible by email - this is more relevant to existing patients but worth noting. It may be hard to get in initially, but it seems like that is the new normal at every medical establishment recently and not unique to this office. I encourage folks to give them a chance and also to consider how incredibly difficult staffing has been for the last 3 years in general. During several visits recently, they have been understaffed - and not on purpose. Despite that, the staff works really hard and is always helpful. And Dr. Amber never acts rushed or impatient.
