She has made exchanging roommates such an ease when both times were hectic for us. She has guided us through the process and answered any questions we had in a very quick manner. She is extremely professional. Whenever we submitted a service request, she has been quick to follow up and have the maintenance crew respond to us in a quick manner no matter the severity of the issue. I am very glad that Dianne is patient with us as we have had a few requests that I felt bad for annoying her with (she never showed any signs of frustration by the way). Her customer service is heavily valued in our household and continues to help us to this day. As for the maintenance crew, they have all been great and amazing. I had an issue with a leaky faucet and asked the gentleman about tips about removing some calcium debris. He recommended a product but ended up taking care of it himself. They were able to solve all the minor issues we've had at the property. Thank you Dianne and maintenance!

I saw a review from another user that basically describes the EXACT issue I was having with Steve…read moreTull, and I really hope it isn't discrimination but at the same time, it's too specific to be a coincidence. Steve Tull did not run my credit or process my application, and then ghosted me. I made multiple attempts to contact him via phone and text and no response. The other review I saw, the same thing happened and the woman was Asian. She even said she didn't know why he refused to process her application, he just stopped responding. Screenshot included. Here's what happened in detail: I toured a property in San Diego with Steve Tull. I fell in love with it and I wanted to apply immediately. I sent in all of the stuff required, but since I'm a 1099 employee, the full scope of my employment wouldn't be considered without further documentation. This is the exact email from Steve: "Thanks for all the information. It looks like you are a 1099 correct? I know corporate is going to want to see tax returns if so. Your income is so new they may not go for it. I don't want to run your credit unless I think its a go." I sent more documents. He told me I needed tax returns and to show 3x rent in savings ($20,100!) I thought that was crazy. But after gaining some more clarification about everything they needed from me, I sat at my desk for 4 HOURS to compile all the necessary documents, from 1099's to W-2's to tax transcripts, to A FULL AND COMPLETE INCOME LEDGER with every single income item for the last 2 YEARS, WITH links that take you to the exact bank statement for verification. And I also included proof of over $17k in cash reserves, and then proof of a pending wire transfer for $10k from my business account if the $17k wasn't enough. I applied with a co-applicant, but it's like Steve wouldn't even consider that his income would be stable and consistent. It was all on me. I felt as if he was actively rooting against me. Like he was asking for more and more, just to try to get us to drop out or be disqualified. I sent everything over and I even ASKED him to run our credit and background check. We never heard from him again. I called, no answer. Left voicemails, no response. Texted, nothing. He also knew that my timeline was coming up quickly, and instead of just telling me no, or maybe even, "sorry, the owner decided to go with someone else," he just dropped off the face of the earth. I say this, hoping and praying that nothing happened to him. I hope he didn't end up in an accident, I hope he's not in the hospital, I hope he didn't just drop off the face of the earth, literally. But wow, I just can't believe it. The property: 2256 Albatross St Unit 6, it's a beautiful 3000sq ft unit that was listed at $6700/month. That's not a small amount of money. That's $80,400/year of cash flow and they would rather it sit empty than to even process my credit and background check.

We're no longer tenants but I remember when we were first evaluating Floit there were a lot of negative reviews here on Yelp that gave me pause and some mentioned Steve. So having wrapped up our relationship with Steve I felt it only fair to come back and say that our experience wasn't anything like some of the other reviewers. Steve was fair, quick to communicate, and helpful.
