They were responsible for my daughter's braces, and the experience was a hit and miss. When my daughter had to move out of state for college, and I needed her records, they ignored me months after I filled out their required records release form. As a result, my daughter had to start from scratch in a new state and we have to pay for brand new scans, evaluation, etc. It's a shame, but this office is unreliable and I still can't believe they ignored me like that. I was a paying customer on auto-pay for almost 2 years and they treated me like nothing.
