We went back a month later and ended up talking about some interior design ideas with Steph. She ended up coming out and totally revamped a couple rooms in my home. For the first time in 5 years, it felt like home! Fast forward a couple months later. I was listing my house for sale and we packed everything we owned into a storage unit, only to realize we needed to stage the house. Context: When my father passed, he left behind a house (in Tracy) packed with 30 years of collecting cookware, books, art, records, telescopes, camping gear, and clothes. He also left behind 3 storage units. I had spent a couple of months trying to make sense of things, and then realized I wasn't making progress on my own. James responded within a day to my initial inquiry, and then toured my dad's property and advised there was so much stuff that we should probably do 2 separate estate sales. From the beginning, he was transparent about his process and professional. Once preparation started, his team came in quickly to sort and display SO much stuff, and priced it to move while also maximizing the value of items sold. Things were priced as small knick knacks up to thousand dollars+ telescopes and stereo equipment. I really appreciated the time the team took to look up these specialty items so they could get their fair value while still being sold within the time of the estate sale. Some other nice touches: I gave James his own codes for entry and arming/disarming the house, which allowed him to self-manage estate sale prep. He always made it clear when his team was to be expected on site. James consistently checked in with me about anything he had questions about (e.g. what to do about items that probably wouldn't sell due to damage, or if I was okay doing a second day.) His team took the time to set aside any personal items that I hadn't yet uncovered within the boxes in my dad's house. It's also clear that EoA's marketing system works really well, as I heard from a neighbor there was a line down the block to get in. After the sales, I worked with EoA to finish clearing out my dad's house to prepare it for sale. They left the house spotless, and even took the time to lay out missing closet doors that had been uncovered. I can't recommend working with James and his team enough. I was able to reclaim my life and also made enough money to put towards my kids' college fund.

They do serve lunch to 2pm. We were here to have lunch and then take pictures at their lavender farm. Hopping to catch some blooming lavender. Sadly, it was mostly a green garden w not much blooming lavender. There were a few other flowers blooming tho. Upon arrival.... Pros 1) plenty of parking. 2) location was plain but pretty and clean. 3) they had like 4 to 8 tables on the front by the parking area where you walk in. I saw a few people eating there. 4) they had a beautiful wooden table in the back on the grassy area with 6 chairs around it. That's where we sat for lunch. Our reservation was at 12pm. We got seated right away. Today was perfect to eat outside. There is no indoor seating or a restaurant here. I didn't see any. 5) there is a gift shop. But we didn't make it to see the inside 6) they serve salads and sandwiches here for lunch. Very simple and short menu. Their soup of the day today was tomato bisque. 7) our sandwiches and salads tasted fine. But salads are large portions. I could have shared my chicken salad with another. Sandwiches are normal size. Enough for one person. 8) Drinks were ok. Water tasted good. No funky or metal taste to it. 9) two porter potty bathroom but clean. Not the typical blue porter potties at putdoor events. A little nicer and it flushes. 10) our server was very nice. Cons 1) it took a long time to get our meals once we ordered. We were seated at 12pm. But we didn't get our salads and sandwiches till like an hourish later. By the time our foods came out, we sat to catch up and eat, and celebrate a bday, it was like 1:45ish already. Gift shop closes at 2pm. 2) our young server seems like she's still in training. But she was good. Wish they check on their customers more often. But maybe she was the only one taking orders. I don't know. 3) Conclusion This location was nice. Clean. Pretty. There wasn't any lavender blooming when we were there. But I heard it's a hit and miss to catch it in bloom too get beautiful pictures. It's ok though. We found other areas to get nice photos in. Foods were ok. Meh. But salads looked pretty and in large portions. Chicken on the salads were perfectly made. It was juicy and not dry. Each of our plates were $18. There is a small drinks menu. With both their menus being short, it made it so much easier to order something. Love that no one rushed us out after 2pm. We were allow to take our time on the area to take photos. They were setting up for a 4pm wedding. Not to bad here.
