I was searching for a very particular truck and they were the only dealership in the country that had the truck I wanted. If I forgot to mention I live about as far away within the continental United States as you could possibly get San Diego, California. I gave them a call and we managed to work the entire deal remotely, phone, and the assistance of expedited fedex shipping. We get to the final steps and a part of the deal was them paying for new tires, brakes, and oil change. When putting it on the lift they notified me of some frame rust which is very typical for vehicles in this area. They gave me top option to back out and get a complete refund. Luckily in my line of work I have a lot of connections with welders, body, and frame repair specialist. After consulting with them and a little research on vehicles in the area I decided to proceed forward. Since that slowed the process down a few days they personally had the vehicle shipped right to my home on Christmas Eve. My boyfriend and I chose this place because the sellers promised him a good, solid, and functional truck. They took forever to make sure the car was "in perfect state" and it really was as shiny and beautiful as a brand new truck. Just while doing the first trial ride, we had the first of many issues and just blocks away from the store. The dump body of the truck didn't lift as it should and when up, didn't go down again. We had to call the store and even the owner came, screaming that the box doesn't have to go all the way up obviously, he was in a rush to get rid of that truck. The box of any dump truck needs to be able to go all the way up to dump the debris. We had already started the paperwork and the loan and had a long way back home so we agreed with the promise that they would get reimbursement for the repair. Finally, we went to put some gas on the truck to be ready for the long way back. That's when we found the 2nd issue: the front lights were on all the time. Again, we had to go back to the store just for the manager to tell us that was normal and that we were exaggerating but that they would take care of the bill. Back to our town, and the very first time I wanted to use it, I couldn't because it had a gasoline leak. Calling the Mechanic and waiting for days before being able to use it, again, losing money and clients while waiting. After that, the truck seemed like it was finally functional and I thought the nightmare was over. I was able to use it a couple of times before the new issue, just last week. By today I spent almost 3k on what was supposed to be a functional truck, but the sellers have only paid us back less than 30% of the total bill (even before the 30-day guarantee was over). I knew it wasn't a new truck and it would probably have issues but never imagined that it would have a new problem every week. It was a dump truck that was sitting forever, had many internal issues, and didn't have an adequate amount of maintenance and now is sitting at my porch wasting space, waiting for the mechanic. this place sold me a jeep that was supposedly inspected. hello NYS if you are monitoring , they don't know how to inspect. In the front for directional so had one white light and one amber. I asked them politely to change that. to sweeten the deal I asked for and they agreed to a rubber mat for the back of the jeep. they never provided it. the shocks were rotted off it so I had to replace them myself. you should no confidence in their staff. they seem to be in the business to rip people off. finally I asked about the mat and other warranty items and I was told by the manager to go f**k my self. I contacted many local and state agencies as a result. most recently and keep in mind I've had this vehicle two months the battery is shot. avoid this place like the plague. read more

BUYERS BEWARE. They sold me a GMC Pickup truck with a bad ball joint and strut, a serious safety hazard, and allowed me to risk my life driving it 32 miles home to Pittsfield. Needless to say, it failed inspection in Mass and cost me $700 in repairs. I asked for reimbursement and never received a dime. Within only 200 miles after that, so far, the radiator started overheating because of a bad thermostat, a tire pressure sensor went bad, and recently the radio and entire light-up window went completely dead. BUYER BEWARE! Update on the update!! Since the last update. I've needed a steering angle sensor. The suspension is not right. Wheels are chipping. Paint is chipping even more. Just today I need a new rack and pinion steering case. 1,000 dollar part itself. Like I've said previously MAKE SURE TO INVEST IN A WARRANTY FROM THIS PLACE! The vehicle may appear fine initially but this place obviously covers up problems for appearances. I'm not sure if this place is considered a reputable business in the Albany area but where I'm from this place would be out of business just on word of mouth alone. BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! Well to start, I was looking for a very specific vehicle. They're quite rare in my area. So this business had one with decently low miles. Messages back and forth with the sales manager and worked out a deal. Drove from two states away to come and get the vehicle. Get up there and the buying process was pretty smooth. That's where this place gets two stars. Take the vehicle home after over paying by a good amount but sort of expected this for the type of vehicle I was buying. A week later I hear a noise...... take it to a mechanic and it needs ball joints to pass inspection in my state. Fine, that might have been something the dealer had missed. Lucky I bought a warranty with it right? A few months go by and another noise. My whole exhaust system is now loose and starting to rattle on every bump. Check the warranty and exhaust systems are NOT covered. So now I need a whole new exhaust system. Which leads to today. I get to work and notice a spot on one of my doors where the paint has been faded slightly. Which was fine, normal wear and tear on a used vehicle. Except now, whatever hack body work was done just faded away overnight. When overpaying for a vehicle like this it should be PRISTINE! These problems should not occur till many years down the road. So now I've needed new ball joints, new exhaust system, and will need body work done. I notice the same week I was hand washing my truck that the driver rocker had a serious amount of paint blisters.. being highly upset with that and considering I paid over $27,000 for the truck .. Absolutely do NOT waste your valuable time with this place. They claim to have deals and work with any credit, and that is a flat out LIE. Tried purchasing an overpriced SUV with bad brakes and more scratches than a cat post. Buyer with decent credit, a cosigner and a down payment and was still denied after leaving a $500 deposit so it "wouldn't be sold". Told us we needed almost half of what the car was being sold for just for a down payment. In the end, wasted days of our time, make us wait 48 hours to get our deposit back, and were of absolutely zero help. Not sure where any good reviews come from, they must be fake. I wouldn't reccomend anyone to buy a car here. I was warned and should have listened. And to top it off, found the almost identical vehicle, same milage, at another dealership for less than half of what they were asking. Maybe it was a blessing they were so terrible in helping. These guys are scam artists! They quoted me the price of a car via text. I drove 45 minutes out to see it with my husband. Put a deposit on the car for my son. A week later, drove my son one hour to go finalize and let him see the car we planned to get him and then they tell me that the price is $1,500 higher! The salesman (Josh) said he made a mistake and was thinking of a different car when he quoted me. Mind you, I only looked at ONE car. Then this other supervisor guy looking like a want to be Guido, gets in my face telling me that he would have never approved such a ridiculous price and I should be happy with what they were offering. Just bought a 2014 GMC Sierra. I love the truck. I didn't expect to go there & end up buying a gmc. I went with different intentions but found this one instead. It has had a few issues that the staff has been willing to work with me on. They fixed it without a problem. With the exception of gas reimbursement after having to make a few trips to sort out issues. However, our salesman Todd was fantastic! He was extremely friendly & outgoing. He helped us get into & test drive several vehicles and let us take our time without being too pushy. He has also answered texts/phone calls on his days off from us & directs them back to whoever it needs to go to. A very great guy & one heck of a salesman! Thanks Todd!! Mike in financing is also a great guy. He promised to only put our financial situation out to 1 or 2 banks and that is exactly what he did. So not extremely hard impacts to our credit.
