    I really dislike negative reviews. But today is about customer service and caring. Dave and I went to Michael's with a picture that he wanted framed. While I enjoyed walking through the store and all the specials they have, we didn't have a positive experience. We had to wait a little while in the framing department and that wasn't a problem. It would have been nice if we got at least an acknowledgment from the staff member. Like "folks I'll be with you as soon as I can". Nothing until after the other customers left. So instead of having this picture professionally framed, he took David to the ready made frames. Not that this is a bad thing, but he just wasn't interested in making that sale. We were left with less than a lackluster feeling. This was too bad because Dave's brother sent him this mixed media painting where he won first place for Dave's 75th birthday. So even though I bought a lot of little Chanukah and stocking stuffers that were adorable, I wouldn't come back to have anything framed there.

    Ben in the framing department went above and beyond for me!!! So happy with the finished product! He was amazing, thank you Ben!

    Its Michaels nothing spectacular, but love me this place better than Joanne. Much more to find for holidays. My wife loves to make things. ‍

    Legit the worst experience I've ever had at a game store ever!! Bough brand new Nintendo joy cons…read moreabout a week ago. I was playing Mario when the jump button stoped working and then the singular joy con completely stopped connecting. I called the store earlier today and told them the issues, they said to come in and I can get an exchange. I went in and IMMEDIATELY the man with long hair started being extremely unfriendly. He was very rude and treated me as if I just wanted to exchange joycons for fun. Tested my joy con's for about 2 minutes and said it worked fine. I explained to him that it works but stops working after about 30 minutes. (Like I said I had just bought these less than a week ago) gave me complete attitude and said he had to talk to his manager. I guess his manager said no (and after reading others reviews I can see she's not a ray of sunshine so go figures) to an exchange because they were used although on the return policy it states "all NEW systems come with a 90 day warranty defects will be exchanged for same item" I was denied an exchange and when I asked why they said it's because they were used and couldn't resell them. had to settle for store credits and purchased two used joy cons. The two joy cons didn't come with the wrist attachment so I sent my boyfriend in to get them. The long haired man said we couldn't get them and had to purchase them. My boyfriend then asked if they were going to resell the joy cons we just gave up and the man said YES. So not only were we treated rudely, and policy was not upheald, but we were straight up lied to!! I will never go back unless it's to exchange these shitty used joycons I had to settle for but who knows, I guess they don't like to uphold they're policy. Waste of time waste of money. Do not recommend save yourself some sanity go somewhere else!!
