Our house is ~120 years old, and we've worked with many contractors over the years while renovating and updating. True Crew has been hands down our best experience. They were attentive to our needs, and helped guide us to wonderful new windows and front door for our house. Their communication was top notch, and when they said they were going to do something, they did it. Their pricing was extremely fair, and they didn't use the same high-pressure or gimmicky tactics that other companies used. The guys who handled the installation were friendly, prompt, and took extra care to ensure every window and the front door were properly installed. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them. If you're shopping for windows, save yourself the sales pitches I endured and call True Crew. You won't regret it. 10 stars.

Never did get that call. Cancelled the estimate. Reasoning: If you don't do what you promise while you are trying to sell me something, how unreliable are you going to be once I sign on the dotted line?

For 7 windows (1 circular decorative window, 2 tempered bath windows and 4 double hung windows) was about $7.7 K. They also offer financing. Mini explosions every 6 seconds today. May 1, 2026. Had it for 2 1/2 years now. They tried making it stop, no answers. Promised to replace warped moulding. Never happened! Foreman communication was non-existent. He bragged that "if it weren't for me Charles would still be peddling windows!" What a pompous ass! Maybe Charles will read this and do something!
