I wasn't asking them to diagnose an unknown issue--I already knew the problem. I simply needed to know if they were able to repair it. Instead, they kept my vehicle for four days, then called me only to tell me exactly what I had already written in my note. After that, they admitted they couldn't perform the repair because they don't have anyone who can program the steering system. If they knew they weren't equipped to do this type of repair, they should have told me immediately instead of wasting four days of my time. They then charged me $170 for a diagnosis I never requested and even listed inspections that I never authorized. The worst part was their attitude. When I questioned why I was being charged for something I had already identified myself, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they threatened to call the police. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I felt that my time and money were not respected, and I will never return. I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for honest and professional service.

I was interested in purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from the area and I had asked Anthony if he would do a pre purchase inspection explaining I don't have history on the vehicle and it is for my daughter who will be getting her license soon. Anthony told me he was busy and that he could look at it the next day and would bill for one hour of labor but it would be a thorough inspection. I was happy I brought the vehicle to him as he gave me a list of items that were concerns and what repairs would need to be made. Anthony was nice enough to give me a lead on a Jeep that he knew would be up for sale and offered to inspect this one as well. I passed on the first Jeep on his recommendation and brought him the second Jeep which did need work but was in far better condition. I ended up purchasing the Jeep and brought it to his shop, the necessary repairs were made for a fair price. Anthony has a clean shop and employs several mechanics who work full time and support their families with their jobs. The shop is absolutely immaculate which demonstrates that they take pride in their work and work conditions. Anthony's has been in business for Approx 30 plus years. Their prices are reasonable and on several occasion they have figured out intelligent ways to save me a substantial amount of money. One example, the shifter in my Lexus SUV went bad, Lexus only sells the entire shift assembly for well over $500. TLC took the time to identify the part number and source the $15 switch inside the assembly that went bad. This resulted in a bill of around $100 instead of $800. They have done things like this for me several times over the years. Don't be put off by their quiet demeanor, as you get to know them you'll find that in addition to their skill and honesty, they are very nice people. In an industry that's riddled with rip off artists TLC is without question a rare breed.

They had to order the size I needed and they had them in no time! Came back to get them put on less than a hour before they closed and they got me right in and got them mounted and installed. I then brought them my 2018 Silverado 1500 that needed a front end alignment. Since I leveled the front it can be tricky to get the alignment right and I had a bad experience with a "Big Box Tire Shop." But not at Rayco they nailed the alignment and it's back to being a smooth ride again! Will be back again!

My intake manifold is not attached to anything dude" He proceeds to tell me how he "isn't an asshole"..but that "this here is the part..attached to your CC" I roll my eyes and said..."that's my exhaust manifold. I never even mentioned exhaust. Thank you for your time. Im leaving" "No. Um. Well I have your info if you need us" "I wont" Took car to another very reputable shop...free diagnostics. I was right and it was fixed for AT LEAST Half..the price Rayco quoted me. The part? $300 Diagnostics $0 So right there...I saved $950 Quit messing with women. Some of us come from a long line of mechanical people. I know the difference between an intake manifold...and...an exhaust. Besides the $800 price difference in the parts. They honestly thought...that i would pay..that much money FOR THE WRONG PART. AND THEN WHAT??? $400+ FOR THE RIGHT ONE? I should report this to the BBB.. Oh...and Jacob(the owner. I asked Robert, apparently the manager of this place (?) if he could install the bulb, and he said it would take an hour and a half and cost about $150.00. Intuitively, this felt very wrong - so I went to get a second opinion at AZ One Stop Service Center in Neptune, where I was greeted by a very polite fellow who said he would install the bulb for $20.00, and it would only take a few moments. Needless to say, Robert Bell of B&A Quick Lube Auto Repair is both lacking in manners, and business ethics and I would never go near that establishment again. Unfortunate, because the Sunoco attendants are actually quite nice. Whatever you do, DO NOT take your car here for service, and be sure to get a second opinion if you're considering it, because these people are thieves.
