Anyways, I have to say I love this place... though to be perfectly honest I have yet to physically visit. For context my experience was initially online then via phone. I was trying to pre-order a seiko Pepsi watch and this was the only location that was doing pre-orders without marking it up 2~5 x the price. I couldn't put a deposit down but I could add myself to a waiting list. Few weeks went by and I had forgotten about it and accepted it probably just wasn't in the stars for me to get a collector's watch at retail. Then Joe Moyer reaches out to me. We talk and he asks me about myself and if I was still interested in the watch. I know it doesn't sound like much but I think it's more about what it didn't sound like.
