I was in need of a live scan and had been to a different place in Fullerton where I was asked to pay 92 dollars for a live scan with DOJ and FBI. I needed a livescan done as soon as possible and I found Michael through yelp. I called beforehand to see if I needed to make an appointment. Walk ins were welcomed and I headed over in less than 20 minutes. He was just finishing up with a client so I waited less than 5 minutes. As of March 2016, Live Scan is $19, with a $2 discount if you pay cash. Looks like notary services are also available. read more

Cheapest rolling fee I've found in the area (when I called through the "approved live scan list" I got from the company I needed to get this done for). Came here to get a live scan sent for my real estate license. It's only $17 if you pay with cash and $19 if you pay with card, plus whatever government fees they have to collect. Note that if you pay with cash, you need to pay the entire amount (their fee + government fees) with cash and can't split it up. My total for my real estate salesperson license application was $66 cash, which is the lowest I've ever seen. The process was quick and easy, so I definitely recommend it! read more

This location is great for Live Scan. I tried finding info on yelp about Live Scan and pricing and there isn't that much information out there. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about the process and he explained everything. First, he gave me a SIMPLE answer on price when I asked over the phone! Cash is the way to go. This location is the most affordable place I could find in North/Central Orange County. I called around other places (Centrix, UPS, Police, etc..) and no one could tell me the exact price. It's not that difficult. This bothered me more than anything. Second, the reason Michael knows his pricing is that he knows the importance of these scans. He did his best to make sure my scans were as good as possible to prevent rejection. He explained he has a very low rate of rejection in OC and he wants to keep it that way. Yes, your scans can be rejected if the person doing it doesn't take the time to do it right. Can you imagine having to do this again if it's not necessary. For Real Estate, the basic fee is $17 cash. The other DOJ and FBI is $49. You can do the math. I understand that these fees change depending on job application. But every place doing Live Scan should be able to tell you over the phone how much it costs for Real Estate or other professions. I truly hope this helps! read more

Went to Michael's Livescan this past Monday with no appointment. I was seen immediately. I had to have my prints ink rolled. Michael was very patient, professional, and answered all of my questions. I needed two cards done, one of which had to be done several times (my bad, not his). I paid $20 ($17 for the first card and $3 for the second), which is outstanding, since my local Postal Annex wanted $30 per card. This is the second LiveScan I have had. I can't rate this office high enough! They were quick, courteous and very professional. The first time I had the scan done (several years ago), my fingerprints were ultimately rejected by the Department of Justice because they weren't clear enough, which delayed my Clearance Certificate until I could go back to get the scan redone. When Michael did my fingerprint rolls, he was extremely diligent, analyzing each digital result and re-rolling my finger if he wasn't satisfied with the print. Apparently, due to the nature of my work, some of the lines on my fingers are not that clear so I greatly appreciated his extra effort to ensure clear, detailed prints. The price is great here and I am very happy that I found this LiveScan facility. It is located across from the Albertson's on Collins (near Tustin Ave) in Orange. Cheers! read more

I've called several livescan places around the area to get information and prices, and Michael was the only one to give me a clear cost range and process. Appointments can be made till 6pm on weekdays and I believe he works on the weekend too. The livescan appointment was fine. For me, it was $49 cash (fingerprint + DOJ).
