Warm, inviting, and an escape from the regular day to day stuff. The owners are more friends with everyone that comes in than any other duo I've met. In one visit I've seen a parent and child ripping together, people playing/sorting magic cards and someone who isn't even buying just shooting the breeze and talking sports with one of the owners. In a time when people are treating hobbies like a get rich quick scheme it's nice to come somewhere where people are still just doing something for the love of the product. The woman in the aisles told me they had none in the store. When I told her that I found them on line, she said, "You should have called." Direct and to the point. She kept working. I browsed the aisles, and found some items I needed, and got in line to pay. While waiting, I decided to buy face covers with my 50% off coupon - $9.99 instead of $19.99. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Today, Raven helped me get a refund for the face covers. The material was too thin and too small for Husband. Raven was polite, efficient, and I knew she was smiling behind her face mask. I was in and out in record time. The store is clean, well laid out, has great inventory, and most of the staff are a joy. All wore masks, and stickers on the floor helped check outs maintain social distancing. I will continue to patronize this location - especially for Raven!

They always have a coupon for most stuff and I really like they appreciate the Military and give us a discount. Although you can only use one couple at a time. I bought a cricut maker and am so excited to use it. They had a lot of the supplies for the machine on sale which is a big plus. Supplies and the machine are not cheap but I hope to make some money one I learn how to use it.

It looks super big, but once you sit in it, it actually floats you nicely on top of the water (see photo) so it's easy to get in and out of this one. It's also super durable, made really well OuiOui. I also think it's the prettiest one I have found, I love the ice blue color, and it's def the most durable. We love our pool floats. We also use them at the beach, at our Beachhouse, carry them to hotels when we travel. We are the float experts. Hahaha. LOVE our Zen super chill poolside good vibes weekends with our new Funsickle chill out chairs chilling with the 2 big heads! lol We highly recommend the blue lagoon Fun sickle chill out chair. Gibraltar was my first choice in buying Gold and Silver Bullion, but sadly the management has become terrible. In all honesty, I have spent over 15k at this establishment and have always been friendly to the staff. I have also brought other fellow precious metals investors, that have spent another 5k at LEAST. Gradually I have noticed that they do not provide good customer service at all. You are not a customer there, you are just a number. I do not claim to be their best customer, but when asking for their quotes and why they were charging a $100.00 premium on a quarter of an ounce BULLION coin, they got very nasty. As per their charts, the price was cheaper the day before, with gold being UP that day.. I came in on a down day.. and the same gold coin was 80.00 more expensive... and gold was down $50.00. I understand the need for premium increases, and that was fine but I am also entitled to ask as to why, without having the sales person be nasty and rude. Simply put: This is NOT a one time experience... this has happened SEVERAL times, but this was just the straw that broke my back. I will be taking my business elsewhere.. to a business that actually appreciates it, and will build a relationship with their customers... NOT treat them like a number. I suggest dearly that you do the same, as you are spending a lot of money on these investments.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. On Tuesdays they offer a group meet night from 4pm-8pm. I've been twice now and have learned a lot. It's a fun place to socialize and work on your projects.
