Ross is local to my front door. While it is clean, feel as if this store hardly has any merchandise compared to others in the area. Store employees are a hit or miss. Some ignore you completely and stock shelves when I'm looking for someone to help find something. Giving it 3 stars as my dog likes to go in on our walks and find a toy. I have visited this store a few times when I am in the area and the employees are always just yuck. Especially the cashiers. I had one cashier today pull out her phone and show photos to the customer she was attending with a long line of probably 8 people waiting. I was like WTH man. I don't have time to wait for you to finish showing your dumb photos to customers while other customers wait in line because of your ignorance and disregard. This is just horrible customer service. The selection is slim pickings, but the store is a lot more organized and cleaner than other Ross'. The prices are also decent but it's hard to find the sizes I need with them being disorganized. read more

I really like this Ross - def. So much cleaner compared to the one on W Hillsborough that is a total mess. I felt their decor section was limited and didn't offer a lot of selections...I was bummed at first and after a little bit of digging, ended up on getting two wall sculptures for an excellent price since eyeing similar ones for double on Amazon hence hesitated on buying. I didn't have too much time to checkout the clothes section although in the past, bought reasonably priced gifts for my co-workers kids' that included Frozen themed outfits, jewelry and a truck. Parking isn't an issue at all! I know they have limited selections on everything, so keep that in mind...maybe restocking is still an issue due to pandemic, but I have found the pattern persists throughout this chain prior! read more

I like that this is such a CLEAN Ross. I've seen some that look like a tornado ran through it but this one is constantly being taken care of immediately! Good job Ross workers! We are always so happily greeted when we walk in or thru the store. I'll admit it's hit or miss on stuff but a bargain is always a bargain no matter what! They have a big parking lot and there are lots of other shop and restaurants around it so that you can build up an appetite. read more

Where is everything in this store? It's so empty. Selection, options, what's that? Not here. I know it's a newer store, but still. I would hope you would have more stuff soon. I do want to buy something. I love to browse around, look for fun stuff - shoes, purses, clothes, house stuff. But, I can't seem to find anything good here. I go here when I am in the area. This store is pretty well put together compared to other Ross' I have been too. Aisles were not jammed packed either but definitely neat and easy to find things. All the departments were well organized. Made it easy to browse around and "find your treasure" so to speak. They had a really great shoe selection. By that I mean they had a lot of shoes in each size. Sometimes I go to Ross and they will have no shoes in my size or entire shelves cleared. So I really appreciate them keeping up with organization as well as style for the season in all sizes. There is one thing I did notice the prices of there shoes are going up sorry but if I'm going to pay 50 dollars for shoes I'll go to a higher end store. Other then the shoes the clothes were all reasonably priced. They had a great range of accessories and housewares. read more

The Newest Ross in the local area, it tends to be the best kept. They have a good selection of shoes, of hair acxessories, of purses and dresses. Their tech selection is ..ok, but of course it's Ross, not best buy or tiger direct. They have a nice selection of dresses, Wether it be for everyday use or special occasion. Ross. Being completely honest I will say that I have been a semi frequent customer for years. Good prices made me overlook the general dirtiness and disorganization of this store. However, a visit to the Ross store on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater Florida yesterday completely blew me away and placed Ross on my BANNED list. When I walked in there was a man wearing an all black SWAT team like uniform with the words "Loss Prevention Team" printed in white letters. Pretty severe I thought, but okay. So I walk to the back of the store pick out 4 items that I wanted to try on, and went to The fitting rooms. I showed the attendant my items and said I had 4. "No" she said. She took them and hung them on a rack where she flipped through them. She then handed me a 4 card and the items. After trying on the items I went to give the card back and she took the items, hung them, and flipped through them again. There were five people waiting in line to go through the process I described. I get it. Some people steal. And it costs stores a lot of money. But the whole shopping experience was not enjoyable whatsoever. I almost felt like I was going to be frisked. Is the answer treating everyone like they're a criminal? All stores must have theft problems. I haven't been to any other store that have put these practices into place. So, just saying, if this happens to you at Ross don't feel they are singling you out. This smells like a company that may be on the verge of bankruptcy. And Ross, if you're listening, this may discourage shoplifters but it also is going to keep your customers from coming back to your store. read more

This is one of the nicest Ross locations that there is. I understand that's not saying much but this location has staff members that are friendly, can speak English and the store itself is extremely clean. It's one of the newer locations so we will have to see how long that lasts but my few visits here are always better than the Citrus Park and Town n Country stores. This store is large and has a nice amount of inventory. They keep the store very clean and unlike other stores, you can actually move in between racks. The checkout process here is very fast compared to other locations and overall is a much better shopping experience. read more

I've never been a fan of Ross and this store didn't change my perception. Now I love Marshall's and TJ Maxx, but Ross just seems "dirty" to me. The selection is mediocre at best. Since this location recently opened 5 minutes from my house, we figured we would pop our heads in one night and take a look. The store seemed pretty sparse and lacking any decent inventory. Yes, it's clean, but it's brand new...give it time and the racks will be unorganized and half the clothes will be on the ground. I see no reason why I would return to this location. read more

Ross stores are always a bit of a nightmare to me. The clientele is usually one step above those at a flea market or at a thrift store. They just sort of feverishly rummage thru the clothing racks looking for deals and haphazardly toss shit on the floors or put items back where they don't belong. Oh and then there is the fact that a "loss prevention" security guard is needed, and in plain sight. Thankfully, this Ross is brand-spankin' new, and located in a quiet bay-side city and free of your run-of-the-mill Ross riff-raff. This store is clean, orderly, well-organized, well-stocked and the staff is a pleasure to deal with. read more

Out of all of the rosses that I've been to this one is the worst. I never find anything the customer service is just ok, It's definitely nothing to write home about. The store always seem like it's having going-out-of-business sale. Buy going out of business I mean the store is basically empty . I would recommend going to other rosses the area that have a better selection. read more

Nice, clean new Ross. So spanking new in fact that it's a bit bare in the sale department. Got here half hour after opening, and walked out empty handed. Still preferring the store layout of the Hillsborough and Citrus Park stores. The checkout lanes were buzzing with confused seniors, and the specialty foods were next to the registers, not in the back next to cooking tools. Still, certain it will do just fine next to a buzzing Aldi supermarket opening tomorrow! read more

Ross is good for gifts, home decor and knick knacks. This location is huge and I have shopped here to decorate my apartment and buy Christmas gift for great prices. It is not meant to be fancy or anything. One purchase in particular that I am happy with is this excellent coat for my little cousin. She is 4 and I bought this amazingly warm and stylish coat for 13 dollars! I also bought these really nifty bookends for 6 dollars a piece. Love it. read more
