They wasted our time, energy, and money, leading us into to fill out an application (with a fee, of course) and hand over every bit of our personal information including medical history, only to turn around and say they don't accept our dogs- the realtor failed to mention that German Shepherd is an "aggressive breed" when I had TOLD them that is the animal I have during the property tour. Unfortunately, they are discriminatory towards disabilities, and they couldn't care LESS about anything you have to say. I would hate for anyone else to be treated the way we did. I wouldn't give these people a single cent more, and I hope no one else does either.

The property is very well maintained, and any maintenance request I turn in is acknowledge within 24 hours, and then we set up a time that works for both of us. The maintenance crew is excellent. Lastly, the location of the complex is excellent. Next, they have a dog playground and a dog washing station! This is great because my friend has a dog & he uses it. Next, they have a small workout area and a nice club house with TV and computers and they have a nice pool with a nice pool area! There are DOWNSIDES: - Problem 1: la vita doesn't have a Maintenance / Repair crew that is responsive or able to fix things on the grounds that go bad, or that need major work, but management told me that they are working on this and have hired a new maintenance contractor. For instance, when it rains, in certain areas of the complex, the rain floods areas with water, where you need to walk or where you go to your apartment and you cant even go into your apartment!! because if you did your apartment would flood. Well, that a big problem that hasn't been fixed and it needs to be fixed! (Ill update the review when it is fixed). - Problem 2: The complex NEEDS SECURITY CAMERAS. They dont cost much anymore and the Eufy brand has wireless Battery operated cameras that dont even require wiring and Eufy doesn't require a monthly service plan, you can even get videos and notifications- free to buyers. REASON THEY NEED CAMERAS: someone is a theif!! - I like my friends neighbors, EXCEPT for the one who just stole a package from my friend's front door that was left there by Amazon!! I mean, it was stolen within 30 minutes! so it's definitely someone living here !! and although we complained, Management couldn't help because they have no cameras. So PLEASE GET some CAMERAS !! This will help reduce theft, because they can see who it is and issue the person involved or persons involved, an eviction notice! Obviously, when the complex gets better people living here, this won't happen, which is what they are working on doing, because good neighbors keep an eye out for each other!!
