Again, this isn't $5-10, this was almost $200. They researched and said it would be refunded in 7-10 (that's their favorite numbers) days. No expediting, no we will fedex it to you because we F'd up and would like to keep your business, nope... We will send it snail mail. 2 weeks later it's still not here. Oh, when I asked about them doing something to compensate for their mistake they sent me a 25% off coupon that can't be used on 90% of stuff in the store. Customer service for these clowns must be run by Mrs. Lippy's 3rd Grade History class. Why do we have to do so much legwork to get you to fix something you totally screwed up?? Unless you hate yourself, don't shop here.

When I went in to pick up my item I was informed that there are 2 Willow Grove locations-one in the WG Mall and one located in a strip shopping center across from the mall! It was easy enough to hop back into my car and pick up my order. I appreciate both the convenience of online ordering and shipping and the number of locations within a short drive of my home.
