Prices are good. Super clean. But what I got wasn't what I wanted/asked for. I even asked if the stylist wanted me to keep the photo out and was told it wasn't necessary. Showed the picture at LEAST 4 times and was told that this is popular cut which put me under the assumption that it was doable. When asked if I liked the cut, I said that I thought it should be shorter. I was shocked when the reply was "Your hairline can only go up so far". Hairline and haircut are two different things. I zipped my lips and just agreed to everything so I could get out of there and get it fixed elsewhere. Now to go somewhere else to get it fixed. You get one appointment a month for $10 less than the regular price, and get a discount on additional blowouts too and a few other perks. (There is also a Double Barfly which gives you two $10 discounted blowouts per month). I think I have had a different stylist each time I have been here, but they are all good. They ask questions about what you are wanting and you can select from a menu of styles. Free drinks and movies to watch also. Most of the time my hair looks good for nearly a week afterwards so it's been worth while. Easy to make appointments online (they have an app too, which I haven't tried yet, but intend to). You do have to provide a credit card for the cancelation policy but that is fair.

The blowout itself was terrible and she kept trying to fix it with a curling iron. I spent a ton of money and wasted my time when I could have made my hair look much better myself. I had to wash my hair after 2 hours and redo it myself for another event I had that night. Thankfully I got my money refunded, but I would still never go back. The hairdressers are so inexperienced.
