Price Right RV is an awesome! I purchased my Camper from Dave the salesman a year ago. I found him to be professioanal,friendly and most of all knowledgeable. He sold me a 2020 Alpha Wolf and we have been camping every chance we get. Their parts and service dept is awesome as well. I mistakenly left one of my storage doors open while i was trying to retract the slide and the door got wedged between the slider and camper, stupid mistake. Anyway I called Price Right service and parts dept and they were able to get me a door and installed in less than week and the parts and labor was very inexpensive. My camper looks great again thanks to Price Right and their impecable team. I am supporting their business from now on! read more

Don't use them for camper repairs even if you purchased the camper there. Things they were paid to replace were not replaced. The parts I modified were still my parts not original factory parts. They also took forever on the repair. Three months to repair a little damage is unrealistic. They called me to tell me it was ready to pick up so I go there and colors didn't even match. So I waited another month to get my camper back. Bottom line.. don't go there if you want a quality, timely repair on your camper. read more

I can not say enough about Andrew and Mike in service. I've been going to them for 3+ years and would NEVER go anywhere else but Price Right RV. When I walk in Andrew the Service Manager knows me by name and it feels like a friend. I never question their recommendations because they have proven to me time and time again that they will never sell me something or a service I do not need. I can honestly say there's no other place like this in the service industry. I just wish more places head customer service like they do. We found a real nice camper on this website and I contacted Dave in the sterling Heights office and arranged to see it. I called at 1:00pm on Friday to confirm our appt. the next morning at 10:00am. When we arrived Dave informed me that they sold it. It was a classic bait and switch. We asked why he didn't call us and he stated that all of the caller ID's had lost their memory.We had also exchanged a few emails prior to our visit. Sounds more like they never really had the camper and then offered to sell us something else. Again, a classic bait and switch. We never received and other contact from Dave or Price Right Rv. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them, and hope no one else has fallen victim to this type of business. read more

Our expectations were not only met but exceeded!! We purchased our 2nd travel trailer from Price Right and could not be happier with the service we received from both the sales team and service department. We had a few issues with our new trailer and needed to drop it off for some warranty work, they fit us in their busy schedule to have it back before our week-long vacation. Andrew the service manager went above and beyond making sure all our needs were met and the service was done in time. The service team not only did the work that was needed but fixed and corrected additional items they noticed when they did a complete inspection. Kerry one of the service team members was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable, he went through the entire trailer with me and provided me with tips for self-maintenance and items to look for. Our experience was a complete 180 from our prior experience and our first travel trailer which we purchased at another dealer needless to say we will never go back to or recommend. I have already recommended Price Right to all our friends and family interested in purchasing a travel trailer and will continue to do so. We have found an RV dealer for the rest of our RV-ing life and would HIGHLY recommend you choose Price Right!! We will be purchasing all our future RV's here and will not take our RV anywhere else for service. If you are interested in purchasing an RV Price Right is the place to go!!!!!
