We made an appointment to get an estimate. A knowledgeable member of the Steele Team arrived on schedule and reviewed our options. A few days later we received the estimate, one that was lower than an earlier estimate we had received from a competitor, and we approved the job. The following week the installation crew arrived and put in the Breeze 33 system, including the air conditioning unit, 8 ducts strategically positioned in bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, an air handler (installed in the hallway ceiling), and the outdoor unit behind the house. The crew was excellent and got the job done in a single day. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves -- actually, they did better than that, vacuuming the stairway cleaner than it was before they came and repositioning personal items in rooms that might be impacted by falling dust from the drilling.
