I had to take an Uber for that day to get to our unit to make sure everything was going well, and nobody showed up at all. I called the office, but they had no one who could come over. Although they did schedule another appointment the next day, I wasted money on that ride. Andrew came over for the second appointment, and he was easy to talk to as well. I would give a five-star review if they did not mess up with the second appointment, but overall, the experience was good, and it was definitely much more pleasant than my previous experiences with a few plumbers. Unfortunately for me, my setup is non-compliant with current code specs. Fortunately for me, Al was able to come check it out in person the next day. He was then able to get back to me and upgrade my system, install a new water heater, and take the old one out... all within 72 hours of my original request. Some of the larger companies in the area were a week or more out before even willing to come give me an estimate. Can't say enough positive things about Breyer's. From start to finish it was a friendly, professional, and well done project. If i need a plumber in the future, they'll be my first call.
