I initially called another local HVAC repair service, and soonest they could come out was following week. I then called Jerry & he was able to come out the very next day. He is very knowledgeable & makes things easy to understand for us non-technical folk. Jerry called 20 minutes to inform me of his on-time arrival. prior to his prompt arrival. I half expected I would need to replace the rather aged boiler, however, Jerry was able to fix the faulty zones after replacing a circulation pump and a release valve. Last thing to mention, is that Jerry was also very helpful in explaining my heating system and addressing the many questions that I had regarding. Furthermore, I really appreciate him showing me some useful tidbits that I can do myself from time to time to help ensure my unit is running at its best.
