There's doors and fixtures and all other kinds of things you would expect. There may be something that's just what you needed, but I wouldn't expect a good price. The last time I came though I was looking to find some old hardwood for my floors. My floors are incredibly old, so I wanted some older wood to match both the quality and color change of my floors to patch up some bad spots. The guy who helped me didn't know the difference between the different types of woods and what to look for. We spend a long time looking and standing around before someone else freed up to help. They also didn't have anything more than ten or so years old, which is not their fault, just the inventory at the time, though most stuff seems to be only twenty years old or newer. So I wasn't able to get anything that actually did match but it was better than nothing. The price also isn't great. I had to make two trips for two different types, and for my second batch, the price got higher because it was a different kind of wood. Okay fine, that makes sense, but it's not documented anywhere so I just have to believe them, and I didn't get why it cost just as much as new wood. I know there's something about retrieving and processing when it comes to actually "reclaimed" wood, but I just couldn't see it with this. I probably won't be back unless I get desperate for something old again.

Kevin came out to measure our shower in our master bathroom in June. He stated it would take…read moreapproximately 2-3 weeks for the glass to be ready for installation. Around the time he stated, the glass was available for installation. He was responsive to phone calls and scheduled our glass installation immediately when we called to follow-up on the status of the glass. The two installers were very polite, friendly, courteous and careful. They took their shoes off when they came upstairs to install the glass, which I was very impressed with. They did a very nice job installing the glass. We have only used the shower for a few days, but all seems to be going well with it. When they left, the installers did not leave a mess behind. I was very grateful for that. Everything went very seamlessly and without issues. We love the look of it and we were all on the same page for the plan for the glass. Kevin was very good about giving us directions on maintenance of the glass to promote longevity of it. Overall, we were very pleased with Kevin, the installers and Glass Works as a whole. We would recommend them for your glass needs! My review states I am located in California for some reason. However, I am located in Michigan. Just want to avoid any confusion!

The shower door handle hits the handicap bar. I would think a professional company that came highly recommended would have noticed this before installation was even started and Chris's response was to move the handicap handle or he would remove the door and give us our money back. We waited a long time to customize our shower and for someone to treat us this way is inexcusable. He took absolutely no responsibility for his apparent mistake. To add the icing to the cake, he didn't even bother to caulk the back of the stationery door and he said he couldn't reach it. My wife and I will never refer to your company
