Instead of listening to my concerns or communicating respectfully, I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience from the beginning. Even more concerning, important information was not accurately communicated to my healthcare providers. When I attempted to clarify the facts and correct the misinformation, I was met with hostility rather than a willingness to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing my concerns or taking responsibility for the communication breakdown, I was dismissed from the practice. Being removed as a patient simply for trying to ensure my medical information was accurate is deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about how patient concerns are handled. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect, to have accurate information communicated to their provider, and to be able to advocate for themselves without fear of retaliation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Her depth of knowledge on many different medical related areas is astounding. Equally important to me is the fact that she has a great way of dealing with her patients. She is always willing to take the time to first listen to me and even consider what I feel is the proper diagnosis. However, where she excels is she doesn't just say, no you are wrong I'm going to prescribe this instead of what you want. What she does is she listens to what I have to say and almost every time she patiently explains that while she can see why I think what I think, but in her years of training what the symptoms actually indicate is something different than what seemed obvious to me. In the end every single time she has been dead on in her diagnosis of my ailment. If you're looking for a doctor who is the perfect package of what a doctor should be then look no further than this fine physician because as a doctor she is the total package.
