They left a turn key project. It was a big job to demolish our 47x21 driveway and our back patio. Miguel saved us money by suggesting they overlay our two sets of poorly done steps rather than demolish them. We now have beautiful, even steps that are much safer to use. You get a fly-by-night crew messing up your concrete, and there's no easy solution. I got three bids on my patio. Sione's was the most expensive. But in the walk-thru, Paul noticed things the other contractors didn't. He asked really good questions and provided a price quickly. His decades of experience was evident. So I decided to spend more and use him. He and his crew didn't disappoint. I wanted an arc on the end of the patio, and they worked on the form until I was happy with it. They answered all my questions and I had a lot. I'd overseen a lot of commercial concrete in my career, but was unfamiliar with several things they did during this residential job. It wasn't wrong, it was just unfamiliar. They explained why they were doing what they were doing, so I withheld judgment until the end. There were a couple of details in their prep work I wasn't happy with. They changed them without complaint or argument. And they cleaned up after they were done. On top of everything else, the crew was amazingly fast. Concrete is brutal work, but these guys moved like a well-oiled machine. The result was a beautiful product. No low spots, perfect slope, clean joint, beautiful radiused edges. I will definitely use them again when I'm ready to replace my old driveway. And I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for quality concrete work.

Ian and his team of skilled laborers were extremely quick and efficient, and were careful about shifting existing furniture and possessions from room to room as they worked on the flooring removal and installation. Our project manager Aaron Hernandez kept in touch with us daily, and personally visited at least every other day to check progress and resolve any issues during the 3-1/2 week project. He was responsive, genuinely interested in the project, and brought some great ideas that ended up shaping the project to something beyond what we had originally planned. Joe was knowledgeable, on time, communicative, fair priced and worked as hard as possible to make our driveway and parking area happen. During form construction he patiently allowed for my wife and I to review and even make unplanned changes to the design. He gave expert input and helped guide us on the best decisions.
